This is one of my favourite pizza joints in the city. Absolutely delicious! But I am giving it 4 starts because they are a one-trick pony. Their website is geared towards 3 topping pizzas...period. I have experimented with ordering 4 or 5 topping pizzas and they fail time and time again. Ordering more than three toppings is guaranteed to result in a pizza with toppings thrown on top with little regard. It's always a mess and it doesn't taste as great. And that's a shame because this is damn good pizza. Take my advice...only order from them for the standard 3 toppings and never more than that. read more

Is the pizza good? Definitely. Why three stars? Depends on your scale. If your usual pizza is from a chain, Victoria will definitely be an upgrade. You are use to mind blowing pizza, then Victoria is alright. We had the cheese pizza and it was quite good. It was the cheese that made it. Only two vegetarian pizza slice options available when I was there. The location is cavernous and although there is enough seating, it feels much more takeout. I came here for a slice when i moved into the neighborhood back in 2010. Im goigg on 40 years old, and this is hands down the best crust ive ever had. Ive since ordered whole pizzas without disappointment. Half the time i was shitterd getting a slice, so i ordered on a saturday afternoon sober as a priest, - they did it again. Amazing crust, not stingy on toppings. The only downside is the wings. They need a lesson there. But it is a pizza joint after all. P.s. get extra tomatoes. They do them amazing. read more

This place has decent food but very disgusting service , i will be calling the ministry of health dept. I cant get over the fact that the cashier takes your money and touches your slices all the time i go there. They dont have ladles like pizza pizza or tongs !!!And the monent you ask dont touch my food they call the cook only so he does the same thing! all the customers dont mind you wait for pizza and u see what i am taking about. Ordered special #2 from this pizza place while visiting Guelph and the pizza was late so we called and asked where the pizza was (50 minutes in) and they said it was on their way. Shortly thereafter (7-10 minutes later) the delivery driver called and said he was down the street (obviously a lie). 15 minutes later he comes to the door and we pay and open the box and realize that they missed our pepperoni. It was a 3-topping pizza special. We had ordered green peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni. We called back and the man on the phone said we had only ordered the two toppings and that he repeated the order back to us with the two toppings. Me and my 3 girlfriends all heard me mention all three toppings while ordering. I said I had three witnesses and then he mentioned that most people only order 2 toppings instead of the three that are allotted on the special. I was frustrated and hung up because he said we were wrong. We took a bite of the pizza and it was cold. We called back and there was a new man on the line and he said that he could offer us two toppings on our next pizza and that there was nothing he could do. I have had quite a lot of pizza in my life but this place is hands down one of my favourites. I consistently have cravings for it haha. The place is usually not too busy so the service is really quick. The prices are also super cheap and affordable especially for the giant slice you're getting. Moving to Guelph in a few months and Im excited to be able to have this pizza more often! read more
