I would not recommend Sand and Blonde based on my experience. I had a great experience with Christina the first time, which is why I decided to return, but unfortunately, my second experience was very disappointing.
I explained that I wanted to return to my natural hair color and even sent reference pictures. Christina assured me that it would not be a problem, and when I asked what service I should book, she told me a solid color. However, my natural hair has subtle highlights that make it appear slightly lighter, and the result was much darker than I wanted. There were also blonde pieces around my face, especially my baby hairs, that were left without color.
When I respectfully expressed my concerns, I felt dismissed rather than heard. Instead of discussing possible solutions, the focus immediately shifted to payment. I later reached out to her through Instagram to try to communicate my concerns again, but the response was rude, and she told me she would not see me again because I supposedly did not respect her services.
I was respectful throughout the entire situation and was simply trying to communicate that I was unhappy with the results. I understand that not every service goes perfectly, but I believe customer concerns should be handled professionally and with an effort to find a solution.
