I just want to give a positive feedback to Gabe and Don for their excellent customer service. Katz installed 3 security cameras in my mobile home. Gabe was easy to talk to when it comes to quoting and helping us decide whats best for us and Don was quick and efficient in installing the cameras. About 2 weeks later, one of the cameras started showing a "video loss" and they both came to my home the same day i called to fix it. They are very prompt and always do a great job! I never thought it would happen, but I managed to lock myself out of my house. I called and explained the situation - particularly the fact that I was 1.5 hours away; I was provided with an estimate and assurance that someone could be at my residence as requested. The serviceman was at my house when I arrived. He assessed which door would be the easiest to access and in less than 10 minutes he had me in the house! Most amazing locks smith !! I'm in the middle of moving out and had lost my car keys from the storage unit to the apartment. I had to find a locksmith by Monday morning for work , they where able to come by Sunday night and help us out . They were so understanding and very helpful and also very nice. So I started my day off on a bad note, realizing I had lost my car keys they day before. As I looked on line most lock and key places were closed or wanted an absorbent amount to come out on a Sunday . To my delight I found Kat'z Lock and key and they were open.
