I usually don't write reviews but today I made an exception, because this amazing company went above and beyond the call of duty! It was like 1 in the AM and I was just getting home with my wife and 2 kids when suddenly I realize I left my keys inside the house! There was no possible way to get it without breaking a window and it was too cold to sleep in the car. That's when I decided to take a chance and google locksmiths near me (I know what you're thinking at 1 am get real! But hey I was desperate) I began scrolling down the list calling each and everyone and without a surprise...no answer. (Sigh) I was losing hope. It goes true what they say though, where there is a will there's a way, that's when I come across Velocity Locksmith, I looked at the number and view the website and think to myself, "is it even worth trying anymore" that's when I hear my little girl say papa it's so cold can we go inside, I took a leap of faith and pressed down on velocity locksmith's number...ring...ring....ring...no answer....just as I'm about to just hang up and crack my windows open to get in my house I hear a "Hello" my heart skipped a beat, I can hear my adrenaline race through my veins, I thought to myself could it be that I am possibly hearing things? Then i hear a 2nd hello. Quickly I engage in the conversation, I explained to the gentleman (Kevin was the name, later find out he's the CEO of velocity locksmith) my situation and what happened and told him I can't wait I have to get in my house if there's anything he can accommodate given the time wasn't so favorable, and all my reasons why I have to get in my house but without further questioning, Kevin interrupts me and says: "what's your address I can be there ASAP" 12 min and 36 seconds later this fine specimen of a man is at my door. 7 min and 43 seconds later my lock is picked and my doors swings open. I could not be thankful enough. I was forever in debt with this young man. We talked for a while after, very pleasant and respectful young man, great at holding conversations by the way, and out of curiosity I asked him if he had any experience installing ring doorbells. He said yes and 10 minutes later I had my ring doorbell installed (something I was supposed to do a month ago). I was so astonished at the exceptional customer service and unparalleled bias for action. Velocity locksmith will forever be my go to company for all my keys, locks, doorbells etc... necessities. I will also keep on referring them to anybody with any news relating to anything locksmith.
