I thought it would be nice to have leftovers so I ordered a whole. I have leftovers for several meals; I could not finish even one half. Such a good sandwich! They had their offerings posted in a chalkboard outside and the braised short rib bahn mi caught our eye. We went in to order and asked about sizing to see if we should get two things or just one, the lady at the front said that the half bahn mi is large in size and a full bahn mi could feed us both. So we got a full size. SHE WAS NOT JOKING! The piece pictured counts as a half of the sandwich. It was bigger than my labubu! They don't use your typical bahn mi bread, it's more like a ciabatta bread, but it was so delicious! There was a large piece of soft tender short rib perfectly seasoned and vegetables for days!
