We got ice cream and such wonderful service. We were offered samples, but my kids and I quickly determined our flavors. The chocolate, coconut and ube were all delicious! We were having so much fun we even bought rings and sunglasses. Highly recommend!

Customer service is the only reason they get more than 0 stars. Ordered shave ice... They didn't shave it fresh. They pulled out an ice cream tub of ice shards from a freezer and poured syrup over it. Really pathetic considering were in Hawaii, not San Diego. I don't want to chew my shave ice. Especially for $6

Great little ice cream spot

I don't know what it is but the ice cream just taste better here. Staff are courteous and kind and friendly and I am always welcomed back.

Delicious ice cream! Yum coffee and root beer floats! Something for kids and parents. Friendly service, clean and a great value! Thanks for making our kids and tummies so happy - Didn't get better pics because the ice cream was gone too fast! My coconut ice cream coffee float was amazing though!

The BEV. 5 glorious scoops.

Found this place on an evening ice cream run. There were not many options open late and near orchidland. It was quiet and the sign was not the fanciest so didn't know what to expect. It was very clean inside and cutely decorated. After some deliberation, my friend and I went big and got 5 scoops for 12.00, the BEV. The couple running the store were super friendly and made great conversation with us. The scoops were a huge! My friend loved the coffee the most. I think my fav was the classic cookies and cream. We had the ube, coconut pineapple, mac nut. We devoured every last bite. I kind of regret not trying their cookie sandwiches but I definitely didn't under indulge. Parking was easy. Great stop for anyone wanting ice cream.

The ice cream is fairly priced and the employees are nice. The sandwiches are worth it. There is no boba at the moment.

Love this place for ice cream and shakes. My husband says their chocolate shakes are his favorite. I love the banana macadamia ice cream.

I was looking for good Shave Ice and ended up getting the worst Shave Ice I have ever had. It was slush in a cup. Go for the ice cream?

While they appear to be a casual, local, hippy establishment (and they are). The food and wait is worth every penny, (and pennies are more valuable now). You will hear live music when you approach building. It's bright and colorful, open air and you can feel your inner artist being inspired. The place is packed but you find a seat and listen to the laughter, singing, and sizzles from the kitchen. It's small and bundles of fruit seam to just be around everywhere. Your server gives you a menu and you think. "Oh wow! That's a bit pricy." But you're all in. Considering this place is proud of its farm to table reputation. Yes, nothing goes to waist here and it as fresh as you can possibly get. So you order and wait. And you wait, and you wait. Finally the plate arrives and it's beautiful. A paradise of fruit, veggie filled omelet and some things you're not sure if you can eat them or if it's just decoration. (You can eat them) Have you ever heard of a cranberry hibiscus? I'm not a fan of salsa with my eggs but they make their own from scratch and they also sell it. So I have to at least try it. "What is in this! Magic?" Before you know it a whole days life experience has just happened. There were ups, there were downs, and surprises. Not just from the food but the whole surroundings. Let's just say nothing was left on the plate and I have stories to tell. Our server was the sweetest older lady who you can tell just loved her job and people. In fact all the workers were just rays of sunshine and smiles. Did I just have breakfast or walk into a magical world where time stood still and surrounded me in song and colors. I swear I don't do substances, it's just that good.

The papaya salad was so fresh and at ($9) for a whole quart so affordable and easy to share with friends. The papaya stand was my favorite one as she makes the salad fresh in front of you. The purple tapioca potato pudding was so dense and interesting, really rich and lovely to try. I was also blown away by the macadamia nut croissant ($6), the croissant itself was fine, flaky and well baked, but the macadamia nut butter frangipane filling for the croissant stole the show. It was so decadent and sweet I savored every bite of the croissant! The marinated goat cheeses from the goat cheese stand were the most delicious goat cheese I've had in my life. Super creamy, luscious, silky and with interesting flavors. I grabbed two spicy goat cheeses I was so obsessed. There is so much to see eat and try!
