We've been working on getting them to match and grow-in for quite sometime. I don't let anyone else touch my brows but her because she knows what we've been working towards. Lip & chin I'm not as particular with who does those. But for brows grow-in and shaping, I get pretty particular & protective of. They're open 10-6pm all days and Closed on Sundays. Walk-in are welcome! if they're too busy to keep lobby area from over crowding, they will have you sign in with your cell phone number then call you when to come in from your vehicle. They are friendly, good at what they do and reasonably priced.

She and I made some small talk during my session, and I felt comfortable the entire time. You can definitely tell she's been threading for a long time because she was quick, efficient, and gentle. I think the threading only took 5 minutes max. In the end, I paid $7 for the session, which is a really great price! I've gotten so many compliments on my brows ever since getting them threaded. I even told her that it hurt and asked her to be more gentle, but her response was rude and unprofessional. She said I should have made an appointment, even though I was previously told that appointments are not needed for eyebrow services. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.

Heather meets me at the door, masked, and follows all COVID protocols. Her work room is clean and very comfortable. At my first visit she explained the procedures in detail, then told me every step she was taking as she went along. I arrived, and let her know that my son will most likely cry and kick during his hair cut and she said that it's okay. I sat down and had my son on my lap as I held him.
