Lucky I got an appointment for next day - today. the Premise is very clean with soothing and relaxing aroma in the air, music and lighting. The 1 hour session is the best thing I experienced and that my body needed. for over 2 years I was seeing a doctor, later referred to a back specialist then I was started on PT. [READ ME] I have been seeing Maria for almost 3 years. I never really got into massages as a monthly thing until I began going to her. My fiancé who was pretty religious in getting massages was the one who convinced me, since I am an avid person who works out. After my first visit with Maria I was completely hooked!!! She fully listens to all my concerns before she begins each session and asks all the right questions so that my session is productive (good quality to have!) During the massage, she asks if the pressure is too strong or not enough. Also, she respects your time and if you want silence during your massage that's what you get. There are a couple times where I have fallen asleep because my massage was soooo relaxing ;) I've scheduled emergency sessions with Maria post extreme workouts at the gym. She's always been able to loosen my tight muscles to help relieve the soreness. She's very knowledgable on what to do as far as alternatives to getting massages to help reduce soreness. She had very high ratings and figured I should give her a try. Best decision ever!! She knows her stuff and is strong. She gets really in there and releases all those tense muscles and nerves.
