Amazing experience here!!! I was referred to them from my gf who purchased her car there about 6 months ago. The guy helping me Ray was super helpful. He really went out of his way to help me find the car I was looking for. The prices are very low. I usually lease Mercedes but after my gf told me the prices I can get here for 2015 Mercedes I decided to turn in my previous car & purchase through them. I was there a total of 3 hours & I drove home in my new 2015 C300!! Thank you Kars Plus. I'll def be back for my moms car soon. read more

I purchased through Karplus this weekend. I must say, I couldn't be happier. Allen, Tony, and Lan all worked to ensure I stayed with in my budget and left happy. What's even better, Allen contacted me today to tell me he was able to get me a lower APR then we originally discussed! He went above and beyond and I have nothing but great things to say about him and the entire experience. read more

I coincidentally ran into this place on my way to the store and was helped by this young man named Danny . He was so helpful and turns out I was looking for a car and he showed me all there was to see and explained thoroughly the process of buying a car . He is a great asset to this company and deserves recognition. Ultimately, I finally got a car I wanted and could not be any happier and for a negotiable price. The five stars is for the customer service I received . If you're ever around the area I definitely recommend coming to this place and asking for Danny to help you . You won't be disappointed. This place is totally welcoming and not pretentious at all . read more

My transaction here was superb! I researched a lot before buying my Grand Cherokee and these guys have me a better deal than I thought I could get. After a month my rear view mirror came off and they fixed it for free. It's been two months now and I have had no problems with the car. Running great! Thank you guys so much! read more

Thank you Mr. Chavez for helping us get the numbers where we need them to purchase the vehicle. You were a huge help, knowledgeable, and very personable! What a great positive experience! My boyfriend and I absolutely LOVE our vehicle. read more

Shopping and buying used cars can be tough here in La, thousand of used car dealerships and incorrect advertisements which maddens you from car shopping, but here in Karplus warehouse you can find the best deals in town, their prices are always below others, and they offer lowest financing rates, just purchased a 2015 Cadillac Escalade last week with the lowest financing rate possible, Thanks to AJ for all the efforts, highly recommend them to all of you yelpers, Just ask for AJ, he'll make it happen. read more

This place had to have been the worse car buying experience EVER! I came in to buy a truck and when I get into the truck I wanted the check engine light was on and the AC wasn't working. I trusted them when they said don't worry we will fix it. 5 days later the check engine light was still on and they kept on giving me try run around. ALSO I came in with a 745 credit score and they tried getting me approved with a 15% interest rate. What a joke when I asked why a gentleman by the name pouria said it's because the vin to that truck doesn't come up so no other bank will take the loan but the bank with the 15% interest rate! I highly recommend everybody to stay AWAY from this place because it's nothing but a big scam and people trying to sell you a junk car with problems. read more

We got a great deal on a 2013 Nissan Leaf SV. Tony handled the showing and sale, Ken handled the credit check and helped us to find a competitive rate and Max helped us navigate all of finance paper work. We are very happy with our purchase :)Thanks Karplus Warehouse!! read more

IF YOU WANT TO BUY A LEMON, KARPLUS WHAREHOUSE IS THE PLACE TO BUY ONE. As far as I know, they have 2 dealerships, one dealership is located in Van Nuys and the other in Pacoima. I purchased mine in Van Nuys and regretted it ever since. All the postings you read about Karplus are 100% true. The car I bought has caused me nothing but high expense problems and a lot headaches. Don't be an idiot and take my advise. I'm really surprised to see that these crooks are still in business. read more

I just want to say a big thank you to these guys ALLEN K, ORLANDO, JOEL & DANNY. They were exceptional in their customer service and making sure i was ok. They were very patient and exuded alot of professionalism. They stayed way past their office hours (11pm to be exact) to ensure i was satisfied. I will definitely do business with these guys again and will recommend them. Thank you guys. Lawrence read more

I returned here with my parents to purchase a second car from them. Their customer service is the main reason we decided to come back. Absolutely did not disappoint! If you come here, Eli Landaverde is your guy. He was so friendly and never made us feel rushed. He gave us the right amount of space & time, & was always quick to answer any of our questions. The entire process went very smoothly. They've been very honest from the start. In the end, I confidently drove off the lot with a 2014 Nissan Sentra. I would definitely recommend Karplus & especially the salesman Eli to my friends & family! read more

Salesman Mark gave us wrong information. Ended up having an extra 795 in fees and a mixup on the financing end because of him. The dealer was nice enough. Knocked off 200 from fees because of the mixup. The car has been nice so far. Frustrating to drive the family 5 hours with a baby based on bad info. This dealer makes money off of anti theft devices which locates the car (1495) and identifies the car from etched glass (695). Mark told us only 1395 for the locator and we could pay it all on our credit card (not the case either). No mention of etched glass. Most cars are "bank owned" and this makes their prices difficult to negotiate. Even if bad info was provided. Blaming a sales rep for bad info just feels like passing the buck. Not good business. The manager is responsible for those under him. Tough situation for both of us. read more

Horrible. Went in to take a look at a car and the cars dirty. The salesperson did not know what's good and bad about the car and he openly said that he's not into cars. The service was zero to none. read more

So I went to this place to see if I could get a good deal on a first car for me and my little family and let me just say first of all not only are they spot on with promptly helping you but these people are very friendly and caring. We were greeted right away by a friendly face from a man named Eli then given the chance to look around at their wide variety of vehicles, after a full day of looking and thinking I settled on a nice car for my family needs we went in and were met by armin who treated us like family spoke to us about prices and gave us a reasonable price along with the chance of taking some time to think about it. We came back the following day and spoke to a manager by the name of Allen K. Who helped us pick up where we left off. He spoke to us and helped us get our information in order to make our purchase on our very first car then helped us get it cleaned up while we got the paperwork set up with another man named pooya who not only was very helpful on how to fill out and sign our paperwork but he helped us do it fast and within the time limit we had. We were done with paperwork in under 15 minutes...this place is and will probably always be amazing I'm satisfied with everything from the staff to the various selection of cars and even to the speed of everything that they do I would highly recommend coming to this establishment if you are ever in the need of buying a car read more

Vehicle was as described. This was a long distance purchase and I did not have an opportunity to test drive prior to speaking with sales. Since we flew in from SFO, Armond arraigned to have up picked up at the airport. Carlos was right on time. Upon arrival, I test drove the vehicle, no surprises, just as described. Allen K took time to explain the sale and associated documents. I'll look at this dealership again. Thanks to Pooya, Mo/Juan and Allen K. read more

Scammers! I called ahead to purchase a 2015 suv for 48k which they said was a firm price bc they were taking a loss on it and we went over everything on the phone and said we'd be there in 45 to purchase, to please clean vehicle so we can come, sign and go. Got there and suv was NOT clean, they asked me for the price of the vehicle bc "they have it listed for different prices on different sites" ... ok... brought it my 2016 limited highlander fully loaded, perfect condition, doesn't even have plates on it yet, as the trade (love the car, just realized we needed something bigger) They quoted us 34k for my car after looking at it, checking condition, verifying the 10k miles and checking the VIN. we did up the paperwork and we were ready to go THEN they said they were waiting on the bank... that the "bank" needed to accept the offer for my trade in and the "bank" would be back soon to check out the car again... the "bank" was a guy who worked there, maybe the owner, the "bank" was wearing a baseball cap and shorts and he went out to check out my car for the second time and came back with 25k.... wtf? Blue book on my car is 38k so 34k for wholesale was fine with us but 25k was a joke. Simi valley chevy quoted us, same day $33500 for it, so coming down 1k is understandable but 9k? Lol yeah, no. They totally wasted our time with BS and we're obviously trying to make up for the low price on the suv they were selling us. So crooked! I drove 45 minutes with a screaming 8 month old and dropped off my 3 yr old with my sister so we could do this deal and kast minute they tried to strong arm us. #bitter Also there was a lady next to us was trying to buy a Mercedes and was telling my husband they looked up the Carfax and saw that it had been labeled a "lemon car" and I read some other reviews talking about lemons and I notice a trend... definitely chk the Carfax b4 u purchase and have it inspected by your mechanic. Hopefully others have a better experience than we did. read more

First time buying and i know its gonna be hard coz i dont have any established credit but they made it possible for me to get financed thanks to the help of Orlando sales manager. I called the dealer to inquire about a car I saw online and when they told me it was in fact there in inventory, i when down there to see and check the car, only to find out that they had raised the price on it, no way to get new customers. read more

This dealership is not upfront with you in terms of purchasing a vehicle. I had completed an online application and was informed by the Sales Manager that we could go forward with the sale. I had wanted to get pre-approved as I informed him that I would be coming from Long Beach he also informed that he would work with me on the down payment. When I arrived the Sales Manager was not working and was assisted by a sales rep. He told me the exact opposite and that my credit was bad and a 20 % down payment was required. I asked why wasn't I told about this before driving to to Pacoima from Long Beach and sitting two hours in traffic ?. He didn't answer and walked away. Since visiting this dealership I received financing on a 2014 Prius and was informed by score was in the 600's. Do not trust them as they will do anything to jack you for more cash and a unfavorable auto loan. read more

The service here was amazing! We were quickly helped, the dealership was very clean, and the process was so simple! Alex was attentive and made sure we were content at all times. I've been to many car dealerships these past few days, but the service Alex provided cannot be compared. He said "I'm going to make sure you take the car today no matter how long it takes" and he sure did. I will be back to purchase another car in a few months and made sure to recommend this place to friends currently looking for a car! Great service, great vibe, great people! Thank you Alex and Karplus Warehouse InHighly recommended. read more

Promised to honor the online price, then came back and said there was an additional $2,100 charge for the anti-theft system they added to the car - they gave me no choice to remove this, "the work has already been done." Super disappointed in the dishonesty at this place as I had cash on hand and was ready to walk away with a car. read more

I am not one who likes being sold to like the running joke when they say that "there's nothing like being sold to by a car salesman". However my experience here was different. I just went to browse but didn't feel pressured. Don was informative and helpful but not pushy. Truly a 5 star experience. We will sure to call him when we are ready to buy a new car for my folks. read more

These people are crooks, make you loose you time. the advertise a car at a lower price and then when you go to buy it, they increase the price telling you that the antitheft system is 1200 and that they have to charge you for acquisition, plus the usual tax and fees. The cars are suctioned cars or cars that have been in accidents. MY ADVISE TAKE YOUR TIME AND BUY FROM SOME ONE ELSE. THESE ARE THIEVES AND DISHONEST. read more

Karplus has an excellent inventory, helpful and enthusiastic sales staff who will work through any problems to make the sale. But understand that the advertised/sticker price is only a baseline here, and you can expect a markup between 20-50%, depending on haggling. A portion of the sales process will include a Finance Manager explaining this to you. Factor this into your budget before visiting Karplus and your experience is likely to be more positive. That said, I am pleased with my purchase and would visit Karplus again. read more

I had an great experience at Karplus Warehouse. I went there just looking for cars and even left my cash down payment at home because I was certain I wouldn't find a car that day and I didn't want to I wanted to keep my options open, however I also had been needing a car for so, so, long and was so tired browsing all online and now I had to go to multiple places, I just was getting overwhelmed. Upon arriving I had made an appointment with John who assisted my for a while before Keanu took over and really helped me find a good car. I ended up test driving a Nissan and a Chrysler. I had wanted to make a good decision and wasn't sure I should buy today but after test driving the Chrysler and loving it I asked about the financing. Keanu and the team worked together to get me a reasonable down payment and a acceptable monthly that made me comfortable and got me a car that day. As I mentioned before I left my money at home because I wasn't expecting to purchase a car. Keanu offered to drive the vehicle back to my home for me while I drive home and exchange the keys for the down payment. All of this happened of course after working with Stephanie who went through my paperwork and helped me through the signing process making sure to be quick and efficient. I am so grateful to the team for helping me finally get a car that I truly love. My only piece of constructive criticism is that although the car was cleaned on the outside it didn't seemed to be cleaned on the inside at all or very well if it was. I also received the car with hardly any gas which I guess is to be expected haha. Aside from these minor things I am truly satisfied and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because Stephanie told me it would lower them on the top 5 and they deserve a full 5 stars. read more

Terrible and sleazy salesmen, they will ALWAYS add on an extra $2000 and call it an "anti-theft" charge. Do not waste your time, this is not worth it. They are friendly! But that doesn't stop them from baiting you with great deals and then sticking you with an unfair hidden charge. They didn't even have a car I confirmed with them 30 minutes prior to showing up. read more

I cosigned for my son's 1st car here in 2014, what a rip off. The car had major problems a month after he got it and the warranted repair shop not only did not repair it correctly after having the car for a week they created more problems. We spent way too much money for the car but we traded it in at a reputable dealer for a new car. I don't suggest buying a car here unless you are a mechanic and can look at the car 1st and you haggle haggle haggle! read more

Had an outstanding experience over at Karplus. I had zero complaints. I came in wanting a car and Carlos A. helped me find the car I was looking for! So I thought I'd give this place a shot - only because they had a vehicle that I wanted for what seemed like a fair price. So my friend and I went over to look at a couple of vehicles. We took them for a test drive and liked one over the other. He was really very helpful, desperate to sell, but helpful enough. He didn't seem to know much about the cars he was selling. So we applied for credit. They wanted $2,000 DP. As soon as I said we could only put down $500, his tone changed right away sounding very irritated. At the end, he blurted something like, "You're wasting my time." So we walked. LOL. I ended up going to a Toyota dealer to get a newer truck for a difference of about $75 in monthly payment. I feel very comfortable for not buying the truck at Karplus. I may never go back there again. read more

We had a very pleasant experience with Karplus. We live in northern California and needed to finance with less than perfect credit. Do your research and be on your game too if you are going to shop here. The car salesman may be nice but remember after all... they are CAR SALESMAN. Some tips...before you go to the lot look on their website as their internet price is different. Also do internet search of the KBB price. When you go to the lot to test drive inspect EVERYTHING. Take out the trunk liner, pop the hood, drive it on the freeway, inspect the spacing in the hood, trunk, and between the tires, etc. The car I bought had frame damage and rust corroding due to the minimal patch up job. Finally, they will offer you a "warranty" from Portofolio Protection. They will LIE TO YOUR FACE about this coverage. If you read the fine print it is a extended service and not a warranty. It tells you that you must bring your car back to the dealership if it is within 40 miles. Also there is no contact info on their brochure. So you would do better by paying for repairs out of pocket. read more
