OK I'm giving two stars because Elizabeth was an amazing person although she came up to me first thing and said "I wanna make a deal with this car and have you leave with it today" at $13,999 I said great! However she's not even the one that negotiates the rates and the prices first of all... so she wasn't making a deal whatsoever it was somebody else who went from $13,999 of the sticker price all the way up to $18,500 i'm not quite sure what 2013 vehicle with 90,000 miles on it that's been in a modern accident from Carfax is worth almost $20,000! On top of that it was a bait and switch where they advertised no the premium package for the base model and then further insulted my intelligence by saying that my budget was the issue not the car and I hate to break it to you but I have a budget for any car I want that's worth it as I just rest drove a 2015, 70k miles on it PLATINUM package for only 19k out the door LOL smh And their extras added onto the car is there LoJack for $1400 and accessories for $600 with a plastic lining for the door jam LOL give me a break it's $30 at Pep Boys Why do I need LoJack installed if I'm buying the car cash out right???? Karplus IS selling repossessed​ vehicles as the middleman for the banks (it's kinda like buying a foreclosed home). So there are a few things that differ here than in buying from a dealership. It helps to understand what you're dealing with before you go in and the potential pitfalls of buying under these conditions. Cars are sold "as is" so be VERY sure to check the CarFax and have your own mechanic check it over for current problems and for what's about to break BEFORE you buy. The good: Anthony (our fantastic, HONEST, and helpful salesperson​) Cruz (his friend and fellow sales-guy), and Armand (one of the sales managers) were all professional, helpful, and upfront about the vehicle and the sales process. Now, granted, it IS their job to make a sale at a profit, but they were all truthful when asked a question. Anthony, in particular, was a pleasure to deal with. They allowed us time to take the vehicle 45 min (each way) to our mechanic and honored his assessment by agreeing to fix the one issue he found (wheel alignment). Other than that, the vehicle was in excellent condition. The "bad": They tack on 2K for ELO tracking devices etc. when the price advertised​ SHOULD reflect all the equipment​ on the vehicle. That DOES feel like a bait-and-switch. Just list the "real price" online! Also, their other dealerships fees. BUT these are negotiable. If you know what the fees "should be" then you can cut these in half--or more. Overall: It was a good buying experience and a quality vehicle purchased for a fair price. I called about a van. (very long story short) I Todd then 3x to have the car ready for test drive. I get there and it's blocked in. Takes 30 minutes to get it ready for test drive. Dude tried to get me to not drive it and just go in and do financing to which u laughed in his face. Finally they got it costed it to go for drive. Oil dip stick shows low oil (but oil looks new so I figure maybe they did oil change and didn't put enough in it... No biggie). On test drive back brakes are grinding. He says they can change the brakes. Back door will not open. They say they will fix it. We live in to finance. Todd then I had 1500 down payment car is advertised as 7300. They originally wanted 2600 fuel 395x24 months. Turns out they have a hidden fees of 2,000 dollars for "anti theft". Which is basically their GPS to find you if you don't pay your payments. I told him negative. I can do 1800 down and 395 monthly is fine. Even tho it's way over original price I agreed since it will hello be fix my credit up a bit. He comes back with 2000 tonight, 600 within 14 days and 395x24. Again I say I don't want to because that means I have to do 2400 tonight and 30 days will cost be about another 1200 for balance plus first payment. And that puts me in uncomfortable position. Back and forth they say ok, 2 Grand down and 425 per month. So I think on fine. 25x24 is 600 bucks so fine. After running the numbers and Street 8 times of me telling them I'm nit handing them my cash down until they do the paperwork it turns out the 425 is 36 months. Not 24. That's a total of 17,300 doors for a car that was supposed to be 7300. do I look that stupid? And are there people so desperate to get a car that they agree to this shit? And after another long debate I just left. I refuse to pay 10 Grand over advertised price just because my credit may not be the best. people who after to these numbers are people who end up with repo's after they go home and they realize what just happened to them and how bad they got raped. No thanks. I'll attach pictures of the advertised price and the "fine print" which says "anti theft" is extra which is where they get the 2,000 dollar extra fee from. The sales guy Mo is a super nice guy. But at the finance guys are straight crooks. Buy can it get your own financing and the prices on the net are good. Unless of course they figure another way to tack on other fees even if you get your own money. Who knows. Definitely unethical work going on in this place tho. So bad that I actually decided to leave a review and I almost never leave reviews. But this one really pissed me if how they wanted to take advantage of someone in a position to bed help rebuilding their credit vi get that I'll pay a little more. But when you show up in person they always have an excuse and the vehicle is not available. This place is big waste of time. 11/18/17 Funny how they update there reply to make it seem as if it was a simple misunderstanding. The car was not there and nowhere close to being there. Decent customer service but unethical business practices. Mo in Sales and Allen in Finance were unhelpful and dishonest in our transaction, and virtually impossible to get ahold of now that I've had issues. I bought my 2012 BMW 335i 2 weeks ago, and there already mechanical problems (expected on this type of car), and I keep finding razorblades in the cupholders, engine bay, and under the seats. I even cut my finger on one trying to clear leaves out from under the hood. Also, the additional/mandatory $2,000 for GPS should be listed on the site. With no opt out, it's pretty shady to throw that in there right before signing. Since I expected at least some issues might not be disclosed, I opted for the warranty plan. After researching the warranty company KarPlus uses, I realized it's little more than a scam and I contacted Allen to cancel the warranty. I've contacted Allen 9 times (5 emails, 4 phone calls), and the only response I've gotten was him asking me to call him back- which I have tried repeatedly. After the test drive and inspection of the car, we are ready to make the purchase, but they insist on adding a $2,200 security system or no deal. Thats right a $2,200 security system for a $4,588 beater. They had the audacity to claim that they are not doing anything wrong because they listed that there would be fees in the ad. They confused the word wrong with illegal. Sure they did the bare minimum to make sure they aren't breaking the law. I came here looking at a beamer I found through USAA's car buying service. They directed me to this dealership, where the price was guaranteed but non-negotiable. The price seemed fair, and the car seemed alright, so I came to test drive it and get it inspected. When I got there, I had an appointment with a salesman. He didn't even show up to work that day. So another salesman talked to me. When we stepped into the vehicle, the car was dirty on the inside. When I tried turning it on, it wouldn't start. The battery was dead. When I challenged them on this, their answer was, "well, you can't expect us to keep ALL these cars working, right?!" In spite of my better judgement, I kept pursuing the deal. We got it inspected, and it passed. The Carfax seemed okay as well. So we went back to the dealership to talk numbers. The salesman talked with the manager, who promptly send a note to me saying the price I saw is expired, and the price went up by $3500. I called him out on his lie, and told him that USAA guaranteed the price I indicated. After a long argument, the manager agreed to the original price. They did their best to get me to finance through them. I refused, and ran out of time. I had to be elsewhere in town. I took my leave. In response to their latest response here: I did change the wording to my review a bit, and I'm still getting exact same message across. I did not change the type of car I was buying... BMW and Beamer are two terms used interchangeably. I'm not abusing Yelp to get what I want at the expense of others. If you check out my other reviews, you'll find that I give most places pretty good ratings. You'll also find that I have plenty of credibility. I understand that no dealership will let me drive the car out without a financial contract. However, the reason I gave a low rating is because of all the other factors. If you make a deal with USAA, then HONOR the deal. Don't try jacking up the price at the last minute. Your salesmen should show up when a customer makes an appointment with them. Took my son to get his first car, can't express how helpful John G. and Hooman M. were. They are definitely very friendly and welcoming.

We found the truck we were looking for, we had a pre approval from Capital one for the loan, set our down payment, and got our offer from Capital One. We accepted it and had the dealer make contact with us. Much to my surprise, the dealer came back with a different payment than Capital one, and explained it by telling me that they added certain charges to every unit they sold, such as a alarm and tracking system. Being as the truck we were looking to purchase already had a satellite based factory alarm, i said that we were not interested in the options they had added (3000.00) , and they explained that they wouldn't sell us the truck, unless we paid their extra charges, above their advertised retail. They are a scam. Run away. They listed the car online for under $10,000, but then they require you to purchase a bunch of accessories like GPS that totaled up to over $14,000 once you sit down with them. They are a bait & switch based business. Update: In response to the owners response: Your cars are not priced the lowest I could find. You did charge $4000 more than advertised. Very poor customer service. Arrived for the first time and pulled onto the lot. Was unsure if the parking for customers was on the street or on the lot. Rolled down the window to get verbal clarification of the customer parking location and I was yelled at by a salesperson "pay attention!" The salesperson then just left, apparently to go get the vehicle key, but then barely said anything, and then the key fob did not work at all. I was ready and intended to buy from them that day but their loss, I will just take my money to another dealership. I went to go buy a car at karplus last month in September. But then I noticed there was an issue with the airbag system. So I had to go and bring it in and they said they would fix the issue in a week. But now its been 2 and a half weeks and I'm not even sure when they will give me the car back. Then the first two weeks they gave me a 6 cylinder vehicle when i kept asking them to give me a 4 cylinder because i spent 200 on gas which is not okay because i have to commute to work. I am very disappointed in the manager eleazer as well for not doing anything about the situation. I hope they do something or they will get sued. this is not ok.
