Had the best experience trying on dresses here. Adrianne helped me out a few months ago when I wanted to figure out what style dress would suit me the best! She brought me a variety of really amazing styles and definitely helped me narrow down my style search. In terms of pricing, i think they carry higher cost designs but they also have a decent selection of dresses that arent extremely expensive! Would recommend !!!! My wedding dress shopping experience at Karoza in June of 2025 was lovely from start to finish. The gown selection was diverse and the employees were so kind and helpful though the whole process. It was very private - we were the only ones in the shop which i loved. I never felt pressured and they really worked to guide me to find my dream gown. There's a $35 deposit to secure your appointment, which felt totally worth it. I was greeted by Berlyane, who was incredibly helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. I came with a few dress ideas from their website, and she pulled those plus a few other options within my style and budget. I wasn't ready to decide right away, so Berlyane gave me the store manager Narine's contact info for follow-up. Fast forward a few months, and I reached out to schedule a second appointment because I couldn't stop thinking about the dresses I tried on! The best part? The second visit was totally complimentary, and I didn't have to pay another fee. Narine was amazing in communicating with me about the dresses, and when I found out the sample I had tried on was sold, she went above and beyond--contacting the designer to make sure I could still get the dress in time for alterations. When I came back for my second appointment, I tried on some of my previous favorites and ended up choosing one I loved. It felt so full circle to have Berlyane help me again on my second visit. The entire team was supportive and welcoming throughout the whole process, and they even treated my guests and me to champagne, took our pictures, and gave my mom some fantastic local food recommendations. Where do I even start? I live in Palm Springs and was willing to make the drive for the perfect dress. Karoza was my last stop in LA after going to a few other bridal boutiques. Let me just tell you that Karoza makes you feel so special and that dress shopping is an occasion worth celebrating. Adrienne was so helpful my entire first visit. She helped me find the most perfect dress, I still am not over it. They had given me a quote for when my dress would be ready but had given me the heads up that they would not be able to do the alterations since they were booked up. And I was totally ok with that and appreciated the heads up. My dress ended up being ready a whole month ahead of schedule AND they were able to do my alterations! I was so impressed with their professionalism and communication throughout every step of the way. I also added a last minute bustle, and they were able to accommodate and have everything done exactly when I needed it. Karoza was one of my highlights as a bride during the planning process. I was honestly a bit hesistant about heading to Karoza but I'm so glad I did because it ended up being where I found the dress I ultimately said yes to!! I lagged a bit on dress shopping so we had to get something from their sample sale but the dress was in great condition and fit me nearly like a glove The only major downside was they no longer do alterations in house (my sister and all my cousins bought their own wedding dresses from Karoza and had it altered by Karo himself!). I originally found my dream dress at a boutique while out of town in San Diego and Karoza was the closest bridal shop to me in LA who carried it. This bridal shop is so chic, gorgeous and well kept. I was assisted by stylist Arlette, who by now you've probably read through other reviews, is just so incredibly sweet and kind. I'd request her if you can! Even though I was pretty set on what I wanted, she still brought out a handful of other options for me to try on just in case. She took a ton of photos and videos of me and texted them to me after my appointment which was so helpful and she gave such great advice along the way. I always felt a good sense of communication from the girls here.. they were always responsive to me via phone call and text. Nar was very patient with me and all my worries leading up to the big day. Alterations were definitely on the pricier end, but I think thats pretty standard. Lastly parking was very easy, simply search for Exchange Parking Structure on Artsakh Avenue. I was so excited as a bride to be shopping for the most important dress of my life! I had seen a dress that I fell in love with at first sight on Karoza's TikTok! I called and was told that they had it in a size 10 for me to try on. So I scheduled an appointment for that Sunday. I get there Sunday morning with two bridesmaids and was assigned one of workers there to help me. She said to look around and let her know what I liked. I told her I was there to try on a certain dress and she said "oh the sample dress was sold two days ago and it was a size 8. Probably wouldn't have fit!" Okay!! Just wow! Not what I expected from someone who works there. I specifically went there for that dress. I understand things happen so I decided to give them a try and try on other dresses. The girl helping me was not only rude and unprofessional but mean. I'm Mexican and have a curvy body. Her comments towards me not only made me embarrassed of my body but self conscious even being there. I second guessed myself and wondered if I should even be trying on any dresses. She kept saying "they just don't go up your hips! You have big hips!" Well, guess what, maybe if you were nicer and looked for a bigger size for me instead of being mean and impatient. She was so rushed to get me out of my appointment. As another girl walked in with an appointment I noticed how different they were with her than they were treating me. I don't know what it was because I was very nice. I could have been mean like she was being but I'm not in anyway like them. I tried another dress on that finally went up my hips, and the look of disgust on her face was even more humiliating! I wanted to cry at this point. How is this possible? It's suppose to be a fun and exciting day for me and it was ruined by their workers attitude and unprofessionalism. I seriously don't understand how they have so many good reviews. Surely I'm not the only one they could have been so horrible to. I was still pretty set on a specific dress. The girl finally said they would be getting another sample in 2-4 weeks and for me to call back and check every so often. 2.5 weeks later I called and the same girl happened to answer my call! She so rudely said "like I told you when you were here, it will be here in 2-4 weeks!" I said, " I was just checking since you said to check in." She said "well it's not here yet!" I guess I was the only one asking for this $3800 dress!!! Horrible, experience! Thank God I don't have to deal with them anymore. I found my dream dress at another bridal store where I had the best experience ever! The girls at the other store were amazing! From the moment I entered I was greeted like a customer should be!!
