I cant begin to tell you how incredibly amazing this experience was at Lauren Elaine. I just got engaged and Ive been down the road of wedding dress shopping 3 years ago, so I know how exhausting it can get to go from store to store and really bring your vision to reality and still stay in a budget your a comfortable with. In my past experience I went to every Bridal boutique in Glendale, Burbank, Downtown, David's Bridal,and even online. After a while all these dresses looked the same and at the end I was more confused about what I really wanted. This time was going to be different, I knew what I wanted & I knew I wasnt going to drive around town. I wanted something convenient, and within my price range, I didnt want to be pushed into buying a dress. I came across an ad on instagram for this place, as soon as I clicked on the ad I noticed Burbank CA, then I clicked on her website and I loved her style and I noticed she had dresses for every budget... I thought this was too good to be true, a 7 minute drive bridal boutique with decent prices on wedding gowns? I decided to take a risk, so glad I did. First this place is super cute, clean, and lots of parking. 2nd my appointment was for just me so I didnt have other brides walking around, sales reps coming in and out, or my own sales rep leaving me to help another bride. Adam (sharply dressed) was so presentable and professional. He went through my vision with me, asked me a lot of questions, and narrowed down what my style is for my gown. I had my eyes really set on one or two from their website, but I thought they were probably going to be $10K+. Not only did Adam meet my budget for the very dress I had my eye on, but he even made a few complimentary custom changes i wanted. Every question I had was a" yes ", or " let me ask them and see if they can do it," not once did I feel he was annoyed with me, and not once did I feel that just because I wasnt willing to spend $10K + on a dress that I was treated any different. I am so happy that I decided on a custom dress designed by Lauren Elaine Bridal. From the first moment I walked in the door, Adam and the entire Lauren Elaine staff was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make my wedding dress experience magical. I loved my experience at Lauren Elaine. After I got engaged, I went to a few, .... no, actually 11 wedding dress shops around Los Angeles. From reasonable select dress shops to high-end designer brand flagship shops, I probably tried on 100+ wedding gowns. My problem was that I could not decide on just one, either a mermaid or a ballgown and I just kept looking forever hoping that I would find an amazing mermaid or ballgown that'd steal my heart, somewhere. But I could not find "the one" after a year and I was about to give up to just settle on one... then I found Lauren Elaine. I put on a few dresses at my appointment, and they all looked stunning but of course I encountered the same problem. However, this time it was different because customization is their expertise and Adam just took my problem and made my dream come true - "why don't you get both?". I ended up getting a beautiful mermaid dress with a detachable train that would make the dress also a ballgown. The price difference was not that much for the addition and the total amount of two looks was lower than some of the dresses I was going to settle on. I absolutely love both looks and I am so so happy that I did not settle until I found Lauran Elaine. Both my local photoshoot and destination wedding went really well and I got so many compliments on the dress from everyone. Adam and his assistant were so so sweet and flexible every time I visited for measurements or pickup. I'm going to miss being able to visit them. I recently attended their trunk show in SF and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service and the overall experience! I knew I wanted to have a personal experience that would allow me to find the perfect dress. The entire experience from scheduling the appointment to the trunk show to purchasing the dress has been seamless and easy. I had an initial call with Adam to go over the process and learn more about the customization options. He was very thorough and took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. I told him the type of style I was interested in and during the day if he made sure to show me dresses that I was interested in and would compliment me. Throughout the process he made sure to go over the various options that were available to me and kept in mind my likes/dislikes. This place specializes in mermaid styles which was what I was looking for. I was very impressed with the quality/look of the dresses, the amazing customer service (including the champagne and thoughtful goodie bag, upgrade to a luxe appointment, well worth it!) and the quick communication. I honestly couldn't have imagined a more memorable experience with my close loved ones and can't wait to see the dress. This place really is worth all the hype they get!! I first heard of Lauren Elaine through one of my cousin's best friends who got married in a Lauren Elaine Jasmine gown. At her wedding she looked beautiful and her dress was so unique I had to see where got it. To my surprise I actually live in Glendale right down the street from their beautiful Burbank location so I scheduled an appointment and went in. I didn't intend to by on the spot- but I got an amazing trunk show discount and I had already been to over 15 salons and my experience here was unmatched. I knew I had found my gown. The quality is amazing and I received free made to order measurements so I didn't need any alterations except for a few adjustments. They said I might need more- but I was so happy with the fit . They don't do the alterations there, so you do have to find another seamstress which can be an extra step, but I feel like that's actually more honest because I've heard horror stories of other salons purposely ordering the gowns 2 sizes bigger so they make more money off alterations. I ordered my Epiphany with a full custom skirt and it was everything I could have dreamed of for my wedding dress! First, I must say Lauren Elaine made me feel like a true queen on my special day. I will start with my first session. I was welcomed with a smile, privacy, full attention, champagne and different style dresses to try on. In my tryout I had my mother and my sister. The way Adam paid attention to me but also my mom made my heart warm. I was truly appreciative. After trying several dresses Adam knew what I was looking for and quickly found the dress that fit me like a sleeve. Though what truly made it perfect was how we tailed that dress to my upmost liking. The bottom of my dress was from another design and sleeves were produced just for me. I was in wow. A tailored dress just for me. Once I left, the communication continued every couple months. Giving me peace of mind the production of my dress was on time and it would be ready for my special day. I had two more fittings as my goal was to lose weight. All fitting were as special as the first. The smiles, the greeting and warmth was always there. I had the best experience finding and designing my wedding dress at Lauren Elaine ! From start to finish, everything was just perfect. My favorite vendor experience aside from my two amazing wedding planners who actually suggested I check them out in the first place. Adam was amazing, he did a great job making me feel comfortable, listening to my preferences, and just making the whole process an unforgettable experience. I came in three times- once for the decision making and then again to update my measurements and then to pick up THE gown! He really knew everything about the gowns and how they were made and offered many options for me to change the things I didn't like on the sample dress that was my favorite. He also helped me change something about my gown over 2 months later which I was very hesitant about initially and it gave me so much peace of mind. I was just so happy with everything. My gown was even more beautiful than I even remembered and my whole family was in tears when I came back to pick it up last month. My coworker recommended this bridal salon as she got her own wedding gown from Lauren Elaine. I visited them two days ago and even though I have not made any final decisions, I was completely blown away by their great customer service. To begin with, making an appointment with them was super easy and quick. They have a parking lot right behind the salon which is very convenient. I had no idea what to expect as it was my first time visiting a bridal salon. Adam made sure I had the best first bridal salon experience. He was very professional, patient, detail oriented and was addressing every concern of mine. What I loved most about this bridal salon is that you can make any and all changes to your wedding gown. Adam even offered me the option of creating my own wedding gown and having it made just for me, which I think is what I will end up doing. Having visited a few bridal salons at this point, I could confidently say that this bridal salon provides the best customer service. I am so thankful and appreciative for the staff at the Lauren Elaine salon for such a wonderful experience for me and my group! This was hands down the BEST experience I've had gown shopping. The salon is beautiful, and the private parking lot with reserved spots was a nice change from the chaos in the rest of LA. I was told this would be so much more personal than a regular salon experience and it certainly was. All appointments are private -so you are the only bride there. While they don't do the typical 'yes to the dress' sign moments, I am so thankful for giving me a magical "Yes" moment with my whole party and complimentary champagne. I can't wait to see my custom Lauren Elaine gown! I'm the only bride on earth who will have it!!! And it fell within with my budget - I was shocked. I would highly recommend for any wanting mermaid gowns too - they have a big selection and the cuts are very flattering. I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my whole experience working with Lauren Elaine. I purchased my dress a little over a year ago and just picked it up this weekend. I was so so nervous when I went in to see it after it being so long since my last appointment and I made changes during the year to things like straps. It's amazing that they work with you to allow changes because most places set it in stone and it's hard to decide a year before. Anyway I picked up my dress and it was even prettier than I remembered and fit pretty perfect. I'm having my straps tightened because they were a little big overall it's perfect. The train is so beautiful and so so long which I love. I also feel like I get two dresses for one because it detaches. My mom was so surprised and excited to see it at my fitting that she cried. Happy to review you guys after such a fabulous experience and wedding! I got married in August but my guests still won't stop talking about my beautiful gown, and I only wish I could get married again in it! I felt like a princess!!! For future brides reference, I customized a Capella gown in off white and added a full tulle skirt with sparkle detailing to the whole dress. Overall, my whole experience was great. My gown came in on time, and even though I actually lost a ton of weight, I was able to update my measurements so my gown fit basically perfectly. I did have to have alterations but only to my straps and I received extra flowers complimentary to help my seamstress. I had planned on having major alterations because I was loosing weight but I ended up not needing to- which made me so happy! I just... I have so many glowing things to say about Lauren Elaine; I don't know where to start! From that first phone call consultation up until pickup... flawless. I am someone who knows what she wants, and my goddess, this salon GETS IT. The way Adam and Ashley were so thoughtful and kind at every appointment just makes me want to buy gowns from there for no reason (WHICH I MIGHT DO). I feel like Adam truly got to know me during the consultation and put together a variety to try on while keeping me as an individual in mind the whole time. Additionally, I will never forget that first appointment where I was taken aside to vibe check my bridal party and myself before trying on gowns so the energy bright and cheerful the whole time. I simply took my measurements emailed the best sales rep ever Adam and off to production it went the whole process was explained from beginning to end and best of all you can custom your gown. Lauren Elaine made me the most beautiful custom gown and I am truly happy I made the right decision Their customer service is absolutely amazing and Adam is just a joy to talk to, he makes everything easy and reassuring. I flew out to LA from Atlanta just for Lauren Elaine and I'm so glad I did! I was so excited to try on their gowns because I've never seen anything like them. They were actually even prettier in person, and so high quality. The fit is amazing on my shape, and I'm pretty petite so it was the first time I was able to actually try on a sample that almost fit me perfectly. I made sure to book an appointment during a trunk show because I heard they give extra discounts- which is true! You also get a discount if you pay in full, which is amazing. Their customer service was leagues better than anywhere else I went, and most importantly they allowed me to make my gown custom for no huge added fees. I went to another Designer salon and they were going to charge over $300 to just lower the back an inch. Lauren Elaine does it for free!! I'm so happy with my gown and my experience here! read more

I don't do yelp reviews or any reviews really but I just attended their San Francisco trunk show on the recommendation of a friend who purchased a Lauren Elaine dress and had the best experience and because of both of us I wanted to share. My experience was fantastic and I said yes to a customized dress with train and crystal work. The quality is wonderful and so much better than some of the other high end salons I've been to and their team made my dress shopping so special. I did receive very good prices for it being a trunk show too which my fiancé greatly appreciates. I definitely recommend visiting either during a trunk show or in LA if you're local because my experience was beyond and such a fun change from my other experiences looking for a dress. Thank you Jessica for getting me my DREAM DRESS! I still can't believe I bought a online dress sight unseen and it turned out just as perfect as it did in my head. For those who might be helped by this- I bought an Epiphany ONLINE and placed a deposit back in March. Thanks Covid. Ugh. I then flew to La to visit my family in LA in July to try on in person and change some details to make it custom. It was perfect in person. Let me tell you I was soooo nervous lol. I just received it (shipped to me when it finished) and it's amazing. It's a little big but I did gain weight in quarantine and so I'm very happy there was room and it wasn't too small. Niva and Adam made me feel so special and comfortable during the whole appointment and process. They helped with everything I needed and listened to all of the details I wanted for a dress and I was so happy and grateful to be able to customize my dress from two collection dresses. They are very transparent and that honesty was key and helped me voice my concerns. The store itself is so special. It's on the smaller side but you're the only bride in the whole place since they do only private sessions. I've gone to other places and you're right next to other brides and I hated that. I am writing this review for my cousin at her request because I am also in the fashion industry and have now had two amazing experiences with this place! After our first experience, we referred her, as her wedding is all too quickly approaching next March. I just can't say enough for the personal one on one attention they give and go even as far as to explain how the gowns are cut in going over their custom options which is unheard of. Very refreshing to see this level of attention when so many places do not. Their gowns are beautiful but I will tell you this. Make sure they get your measurements correct because they sell you on "we make your dress custom fit and you won't need alterations." That is a complete lie! My dress was way too big and needed alterations. The second time that I wanted to go to get remeasured Adam told me to do my own measurements. Adam by the way is nice in the beginning just to sell you but after he doesn't give you the same attention since you already bought the dress he's fake as a person actually I got that fake vibe sorry just speaking the truth. I honestly felt like they got my measurements and didn't change the dress bc it was too big at the end for my wedding. read more
