Shopping for wedding dresses can be incredibly stressful, and I visited many high-end bridal boutiques before finding Berta. Out of all the stores I visited, Berta provided by far the best experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone at the boutique made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. The entire team was kind, professional, and genuinely excited to help. I was lucky to work with Cristina, who was absolutely amazing. She is warm, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly professional. She put so much thought and effort into helping me find the right dresses, gave honest and constructive feedback, and truly knew what she was doing. Most importantly, she never made me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision, even though my wedding was only five months away. Unlike some other boutiques, I never felt stressed or pushed to place an order immediately. The Berta gowns themselves are breathtaking. They truly know how to design dresses that make women feel beautiful and confident. With Cristina and the team's help, I ended up saying yes to not just one, but two dresses! They charge you for the appointment, but then only let you try on old, worn, off-the-rack dresses. Many of the dresses looked dusty and didn't feel well maintained. When I wasn't interested in those options, I felt that the staff became upset with me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend going there. read more

Obsessed is an understatement... trying on Berta gowns was literally everything I've dreamed of and more. Out of all the bridal places I could not stop thinking of my appointment with Julia! The detail on every single dress?? Unreal. The quality, the fit, the way they hug your body and just feel on... you can instantly tell it's Berta. Each gown felt like its own moment and I didn't want to take any of them off Honestly, for the level of detail and craftsmanship, the value of these dresses is so worth it. Julia made the entire experience though!!! She was sooo sweet, patient, and genuinely cared & not in a salesy way at all. She kept bringing me back to "how do you feel as a bride in this?"instead of overthinking every little detail, even with so many incredible options, and it truly changed everything for me. I had the most incredible experience finding my wedding dress here! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how beautiful the store is -- modern, spotless, and so thoughtfully designed. It immediately felt special and elevated, but still warm and welcoming. Cristina was absolutely wonderful to work with. I cannot recommend her enough! She was kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and really listened to what I was envisioning. She pulled dresses that perfectly matched my style -- including the one I ultimately said yes to! She made me feel so comfortable and confident the entire time, and I never once felt rushed or pressured. They were also so accommodating with my group and made the whole experience genuinely fun. I went to a total of 6 wedding dress shops and Berta was by far my favorite experience: 1. Friendly staff -- specifically Kelsey was such a gem to work with from our first phone call to schedule, email correspondence, and actual appointments. She truly made me feel comfortable and heard and I'm happy to say I found my dress with her! 2. Dress Selection -- Berta's dresses are beyond worthy of the price point. Every dress is adorned with beading or sparkle and really thoughtful details. I had fun just admiring all of the dresses. 3. Showroom Ambiance -- The showroom was recently remodeled and so stunning. Every corner had beautiful (natural) lighting; the dressing rooms had a door for privacy and were super spacious so you could comfortably step into dresses; the music was great; and even the way they offer water is so stinking cute with a little bow tied around the top. Could spend all day in here. 4. Easy parking -- this is so key for me but the parking was so smooth. They have a parking lot of on the side with 5 or 6 spots and I never had trouble getting a spot since they are reserved for Berta. I truly cannot express how grateful I am for Brianna at the Berta LA Flagship Store. She was an absolute lifesaver during one of the most emotional and stressful moments of my wedding journey. Berta is an amazing designer and you can tell once you wear one of her gowns! Everyone at this store is so sweet and helpful. I even met Berta herself and the management at LA. I've been to a lot of bridal stores and the people at Berta are very nice. I loved working with Brianna. She's the best! I'm picky when it comes to clothes especially bridal attire, but she was so patient and helped me find the one! The store is so aesthetic and clean as well. There's a parking lot and restroom in case you need to use it. If you're getting married soon, you need to visit this store and try on a Berta gown. The fitting and the details are impeccable.
