    Kobe Roll

Delicious food, great ambiance, and amazing service. I ordered takeout: -Kobe roll: $33, Shrimp tempura, Avocado, fried onion topped with seared wagyu beef , truffle aioli , poke sauce. Absolutely delicious. I would get this again. The flavors blend so well together and it's presented so beautifully -Crab Rangoon: (6) for $11. Plenty of crab in these! Crispy outside with an amazing cream cheese crab filling inside. I can't wait to try other dishes. The worker was at the door ready to give me my takeout order as I was walking in. A+++ service!

Bad service. While the front desk is polite and welcoming, the waiter was terrible. He behaved like he did not want to be there. To compound this, a dish was served in a chipped plate (safety issue in addition to the esthetic aspect), while the Maki plate was worn out. When asked about the chipped plate, the response was "our plates need to be replaced, these are all we have" The quality of the food was very good. The quantity was very less (I have a small appetite)! The ambience is good. In all, the service and quality of the plates were more appropriate for a deli, not a restaurant at this price point.

Had dinner with my family here on Easter and enjoyed a great meal. We made reservations for the five of us for an early dinner. It wasn't too crowded but eventually filled up more. Service was friendly and quick and we ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes. I particularly enjoyed the scallion pancakes, sashimi, and chicken pad thai.

Awesome spot! Quick service and 10/10 food. Can't wait to come back and try more of the menu. Place was packed even on a week night. popular spot! Didn't try the bar but looked like a good vibe.

The waitress was in a hurry and didn't help us with the order much. The drink was just ok. The ambiance is nice and the food was just ok.

Oh Karma, my favorite sushi place I come here sooo often with my mom and we always leave in a better mood than when we walked in. They are consistently so good, and it's so beautiful inside. I always get the floral salmon, fusion maki with caviar, lemon basil salmon, or 6 course omakase. It's fantastic every single time. I'm so glad I have Karma Westford, the original!, right around the corner from me the staff here are so lovely and friendly, and they remember me from how many times I come here!! I love Karma and I'll never stop!

This place is amazing, everything is always such elevated quality from the avocados always being ripe to the tuna being perfect texture and freshness. We tried some new things tonight that were labeled "must have" the tuna tataki sashimi salad was amazing and I will get that next time as my entree, great ginger dressing, pretty big, definitely share if getting as an app. The crispy rice with spicy tuna and jalapeño was amazing too. Drinks are always perfect and well balanced. Our server Kathy was knowledgeable and attentive. Five stars all around!

This is my second time back and I was reminded why I came back. Whether it was was the amazing service, the food quality or the ambiance, it was an all around a great time. We ordered numerous of dishes and the only one I wasn't too keen on was the pineapple fried rice. It had a curry taste to it which took me by surprise. The salt and pepper spicy calamari app was probably one of the best ones I've had. It was nice and airy! Nothing like I normally would have them. The peking duck was a big hit at the table & you can substitute the pancake wrappers for actual baos with a surcharge. The phoenix sunrise sushi roll was impeccable! Thank you to our server who made the day so memorable for my fathers birthday! I believe his name was Aiden? Thank you again!

We frequent Karma A LOT. And for good reason. The food is consistently amazing. They have a huge front of house team and run like a well oiled machine. It's a favorite place for us - please expand into NH!!!

Had a great time at Karma a few days ago. The service was prompt and friendly, the atmosphere was lively, and the food was delicious. My only complaint would be that the menu prices were expensive. The portions are a good size but I can't justify eating an $18 plate of sautéed pea shoots. That to me is crazy since it is just pea shoots pan fried! The restaurant is beautiful though with great decor. The background music played is very lively and it seems like there is a mixed list of cocktails offered. We ordered hot sake which only came in one size. I would come back here with friends or family next time because the restaurant has a great environment for groups of people!

We were able to get seats at the sushi bar and loved being able to see the sushi being made. The inside of the restaurant is very cool-looking, though it was a little less lit than your typical sushi place. The menu is extensive and has options for everyone, whether or not you feel like sushi. The cocktails were good and very pretty, and all of the food had a lovely display upon serving. There was an excellent balance of flavor in the two rolls we tried, and we had a lovely dinner.

Karma has set a new standard for me for Chinese restaurants. After a particularly bad experience at our previous local go-to we left mid-meal (story for another time/review), went here and never looked back. Everything about the place is practically flawless: food, drinks, ambience, and service. Peking dumplings: Not at all like the bland rubbery filling that is common. Memorably flavorful, garlicky, with enough texture so it doesn't fall out of the wrapper when you cut it. The wrapper is thin and perfectly fried to a golden brown. Egg rolls: I was never a fan but after trying these I'm a convert. Same with the pork fried rice: light, not greasy, vegetables that stand out. Spicy Bomb: a cold appetizer: Tuna wraps with scallop and eel, avocado, tobiko. A beautiful presentation. My only question is where's the scallop? Diced or thinly sliced perhaps? though the flavor suggested otherwise. I suspect they might have substituted yellowtail or a white fish. No matter - it was yummy. Kung Pao Shrimp: The vegetables were cooked just al dente, the shrimps were large, plentiful, with perfect texture. Light on the sauce - just right. Very hot and spicy! Yuen Yang Spicy Beef: They do beef right here. Carefully sliced to an even thinness, tender and no disagreeable fat. I used to avoid beef at Chinese because it tends to be randomly cut large chunks of chewy meat, not pleasant. Again, Karma sets a new standard for me. Accompanied by lots of green beans, perfectly tender. Again very hot and spicy! I'm sure sure they would gladly tone down the heat if you asked but I like it that way. Drinks: very strong and delicious. Not too sweet - even the mai tais. My first was a regular and my second was a "Man's Mai Tai". We (the waitperson and I) thought it was just a stronger version but that wasn't it. It had a curious new flavor that I couldn't identify but liked it. I'd love to know the meaning behind the name. The large cocktail selection uses many uncommon ingredients like yuzu, Gochuchang chili, shiso mint... I have to try all of them! Service is impeccable! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and there when you need them. The room is beautiful and modern, with impressive chandeliers and well-designed lighting, a mix of seating choices including tables, booths, high tables, and at the bar. Cloth tablecloths and napkins! Just one small television, mercifully situated at the bar where I didn't have to see it. Music was jazzy and "chill", turned down low so I was only really aware of it walking to the restrooms - which were clean and fully stocked. I feel I have to mention the prices. Karma is not cheap. This particular meal, which included 3 drinks between the two of us and enough food left over for a smallish lunch the next day, came to $138 before tips! The high prices and portions that seem slightly smaller than most Chinese restaurants may give pause. Is it justified? Great food and a great dining experience don't come cheap I guess. But for me, it is worth it. Some other things we've tried here on another visit that we really enjoyed: Garlic Chicken in Clay Pot. And the Pu Pu Platter; it taught me to actually like chicken fingers!

Delicious...small portions. If you're at the bar it's fine , otherwise it's a wait. Stylish, but far too tight...especially in Concord.

We were warmly greeted at the door and chose to dine at the bar. Our bartender was attentive but a touch reserved but we never felt unattended. The cocktails were well made and much better (read not watered down) than those at many Asian spots. The Gyoza was quite good as were the spring rolls. My wife and I split the Szechuan combo, beef/chicken/shrimp which was well proportioned with all of the protein in abundance and both tasty and perfectly cooked. Likewise, the house fried rice was also very well made with a large portion of well cooked chicken, beef and a few shrimp. Overall our experience was good and we'll be coming by again for a laid back evening meal.

Overall a nice experience for takeout, $21.95 not bad for the amount of food I received, very friendly person at register, food was fresh and hot. Would have loved to have given a 4 star review but the Rice needs to get better and the boneless ribs were very dry. It's a solid 3-1/2 stars. Will definitely eat here again.

Plaza Parking Great…read moreplace for a sit down Chinese food place with good portions and prices. They have a large seating area with tables for smaller and large groups. They have a big parking lot although it took a weird turn for me to figure out how to get to the street. And my car did get in the lot so just a warning for that even though the lot was basically empty somehow my car was struck ‍The service was great, they were attentive and were pretty quick to get all food. For appetizer we got the crab rangoon and beef rolls which are both with a good sized portion although the crab rangoon was more heavy on the cream flavor. We got the large size of the hot n sour soup and the portion was a lot larger than expected for the price of $6. The noodles were a little let down, lacking some flavor this was both for the cold noodles and beef soup. The mapo tofu and the sichuan chicken were definitely my favorite, the mapo tofu had the perfect numbing flavor that I love.

Think understatedly sweet pulled pork on a bun, only with duck and Chinese flavors. Looks small, but pricing is in the appetizer range, so I treat it as such. Good. -- Shredded Beef with Cayenne Pepper: Not your typical brown sauce glop, even though it might look that way. Lots of spices mixed in, and possibly tiny bits of garlic, along with a fermented, slightly salty quality. Longhorn pepper added mid-level spice. -- Spicy Lamb Dry Hot Pot: Plenty of spiciness and plenty of numbing action from the chili peppers, though no whole peppercorns I could feel. The lamb was both crisp and tender, with spices clinging. Texturally, the vegetables (broccoli, string beans, lotus root) and thin potato slices were all perfectly in the sweet spot between too firm and too wilting. Intense lamb flavor and sauce flavor. Elite. -- Fish Filet in Chili Oil Sauce: Tried this on a lunch combo after enjoying it several times as an entree and it's almost as big as the entree. Very soft, tender, unbreaded fish chunks in an oily, spicy sauce. Near-elite to elite. -- Fish Filet with Green Sichuan Pepper: A huge bowl with delicate white fish and a mostly clear broth that suggested lack of flavor, but looks can deceive; this was very spicy in a pickly, peppery, mouth-numbing way. The broth was too thin to make it suitable for rice, so best with bowl and spoon. -- Shredded Pork with Wood Ear in Hot & Sour Sauce: A new dish introduced in October 2025, this had very tender wormy-shaped pork shreds in a treatment that lived up to the name. Spicy for sure, and very tart as well, with pickled green chili peppers doing double duty. The black mushrooms were relegated mostly to textural enhancement. Clean flavors and no real sauce per se; a nice, unique dish. -- Ma Po Tofu: Pretty solid but pretty standard rendition, with a Boyardee color and consistency, but a spicy, peppery flavor. Soft tofu. Average or a tick above. -- Green Beans with Yacai: Perfectly cooked vegetables with plenty of crunch, just enough wilt, and every one of them well lubricated but not heavily sauced. I'm talking zero glop. Accented with yacai, another vegetable additive that lends some mysterious (actually fermented pickled mustard greens), addicting flavor along with salt. Not saucy, not spicy, but not the least bit lacking. Excellent. -- Sichuan Kung Pao Chicken: Tried on a whim to see how different it would be from standard. It's spicy chicken, with a bit of Sichuan peppercorn tingle, but not that spicy. Same peanuts, no celery. Slightly but not overbearingly sweet. Tender but not crisp. Nice little diversion, but prefer my Spicy Shredded Chicken (much spicier, no sweet) when in a chicken mood. -- Hot & Sour Yam Noodles: Thick, slippery glass noodles in a thick, dark brown condiment with a strong soybean flavor. A little too intense for me, like trying to down a Guinness. Whole soybeans on top. Service is solid, even with just a couple servers at most times.
