Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly. Emmy made feel very comfortable and welcome. Emmy cut my hair perfectly and I was done. I came in with ZERO layers with the shortest angles below my chin and left with uneven, haphazard, choppy layers throughout my hair and the shortest hair now falling to my lip even though I stated numerous times I did NOT want layers at all and don't want to go shorter. After she continued to cut, Sarah laughed at me and said "idk girl" and said she wouldn't charge me.
