Lauren is not only a phenomenal stylist, she's a gem of a human being. She makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door (along with her sweetest sidekick, Bella the dog). She's always got some sort of treat, coffee, and tea, and has these tiny tables that you can put them on when you're in the chair, within arm's reach so you don't feel like you have to stop her to take a sip of water. She's cut and dyed both my hair and my older daughter's (they're legit besties), and she most recently gave my little one her first cut. She's the absolute BEST with kids. Both my eldest and I have really thick, coarse hair and Lauren is not afraid of it whatsoever. She's comfortable and confident in what she does and always leaves us feeling lighter and refreshed. In July of 2024 Lauren canceled my appointment last minute because she had a Covid exposure. At the time my hair extensions that I didn't like were slipping out and hurting my head and pulling a lot(I reached out multiple times for a refund and I wanted something else). so we re scheduled 2 weeks out. I then tested positive for Covid and let her know to which she was very short and her response was to book online 4-5 weeks out which I was at risk of bald spots very soon and was not the CDC guidance for Covid in the Summer of 2024 I then offered to go back once I tested negative. As a first time extension client ever. Lauren made my experience go down the drain after paying so much. My sister had to help me take out the practically brand new extensions that Lauren talked me into at my most recent appointment with her. They were too heavy for my fine and thin hair. I can't recommend anyone to go to her. I spoke badly about a stylist I went to after Lauren and she treated me poorly too. So yes, i had two bad experiences back to back and yes, I will post my negative reviews about it. Best of luck read more

I got a long layered haircut with face framing pieces and I love how clean and neat the place is. Everyone are required to wear masks. Got my hair shampooed and conditioned.
