I went to this salon for a color root touch up. The salon looked nice and my operator seemed knowledgeable. I ended up having 4 or 5 foils of lowlights (same color as the base color to ensure the base color would blend into my hair well on the top of my head.) I did not have a blow out or haircut. All seemed fine until I went to pay. With a tip my bill was over $300. I was so shocked!!!! I was standing there with wet hair being told that I was being charged that amount when I've never ever been charged more that $125 for the same services for any shop I've gone to in 30 years. The operator said it was because I had thick hair which would be true but never have I been charged more because of it; it was never discussed that the operator had dropped my bowl with the color on the floor and had to refill the color bowl. I politely paid my bill and left in total disbelief. Note... I did leave a message with the shop and after quite a delay the owner left me a message on my phone saying that she accidentally overcharged me by $60.00. Even if you reduced my bill by $60, the cost for services rendered was extremely high... I absolutely would never go back to this salon!!!! read more

I found this salon from google reviews and decided to give it a try since it is in my area and I really needed a cut. First off, when I walked into the salon, it was clean, smelled nice, had music on that wasn't too loud or too soft, and it is decorated nicely. The atmosphere was, in my opinion, totally relaxing. Shay was my stylist and she did a fantastic job on my hair. My hair was so long and after recently having a baby it just wasn't washing or brushing itself so it needed to go. However, since it was so long I wanted to donate it and hoped this wouldn't be a problem. It wasn't one at all and Shay mentioned she commonly does donations so she knows how to cut and prepare your hair to send it off, she even provided me a bag to keep my hair in. She is also so funny and friendly, I thoroughly enjoyed chit chatting with her as she cut my hair. Secondly, about my cut... I freakin loved it. I loved the cut she gave me. It was exactly what I had in my mind for my hair, it looks so good and healthy now, annnnnd my boyfriend said my face looks fresher and younger now! So okay now I'm going to always make sure my hair has a fresh cut and awesome I have a stylist and salon I can comfortably go to and know I'll get a great cut. If you're in the area, even if you're not, this place is definitely worth the trip to go to get a cut and Shay is most definitely the stylist to go to. read more

New to the area and my hair was a mess, walked in and was greeted warmly and shown to a seat. Great style and fabulous cut! I will go back!
