Got my first curly cut done at this salon. My hairstylist Dayle took her time and listened to what I would like to have done with my curly hair. She cut it dry and shaped it up nicely. She gave me an awesome clarifying shampoo with a mesmerizing neck massage that put me in the zone. Everyone at the salon was super nice. The salon itself was very clean. went here 2x. Had 2 keratin treatments, they lasted 1 shampoo and gone. The procedure is just a blow out, rip off. It was way too quick to be an actual keratin. the first chick was rude, color cut keratin. worst hair cut ever, went back to get fixed and she could care less. didn't fix and she was rude, unpleasant. went back to a guy there as he was recommended, also doesn't know what a keratin treatment is. he was much more pleasant, but the place not worth it. read more

Smaller posh salon convenient to Lewes and Rt 1 corridor. On point for price in the area, they offer a variety of updated salon services focusing mainly on hair. I liked the special area of the salon where they do your coloration. It's out of sight yet open and just as comfortable as the rest of the salon. I was happy with the style and colour Dayle provided! Yelp paid off again! I searched for a salon close to my mom's house, and yelp pointed me to Salon Fusion H2O, and I'm happy it did. Let me start with one of my favorite things - someone still answers the phone and does the scheduling!!! I'm so tired of places that won't pay for someone to be at the desk, and expect you to contact your stylist personally and play a text game for an appt. Thank you for answering the phone, having a salon wide scheduling system, greeting me when I walked in, and having a regular billing system instead of the stylist having a square! Next, it's clean, bright, and appealing inside. And everyone is friendly. They offer water, coffee or tea. But most important, I love my cut by Dayle! I frequently go from long to pixie short and back to long again, and she didn't bat an eye at cutting off all my length. So many stylists are afraid to do that. Dayle studied my pic, asked me questions, and dove right in! The price is great too - $44 for this particular stylist. And they have easy parking. A great experience all around. I go here for a blow out an a even cut fit for my little dainty head an she chops my hair off passed my ears I was very mad at this point then she told me it's the style um like no it isn't I'm a cool grandma I didn't want my luscious hair took from me by this lady I looked like I just got out of a race track show after being ran over by number 34 out of Lexington Kentucky an walked back to Delaware I couldn't go around my husband that's my first cousin for a week we had too sleep in separate rooms for this reason it was terrible but I did enjoy the company an new friends I made at this salon will definitely be back but only for a small trim on my delicate lockes read more

After patronizing another salon in the area for a year - I knew I needed to find another option. I'm SO glad I tried here! Salon & staff are friendly & efficient - NOT pushing purchases of products or additional services and my stylist Christie is AWESOME! She listened to me and gave me an excellent haircut (best I've had in a year) and she has done an excellent job of coloring my hair -whether I needed lowlights, highlights or just enough to cover my gray - AND they provide free bangs trim between appointments. I called Fusion H20 looking to correct a bad hair experience. My hair was in desperate need of some TLC. The receptionist is very welcoming and super friendly. My appointment was with Krystie who listened to what I wanted and gave me just that. I stumbled on Fusion H2O through Groupon and I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience. Having been a former model I have spent a good third of my life in NYC's top salons having my hair done. Now being semi-retired, I try to avoid the entire salon "scene" in the city. I walked in without any pictures and vague description of what I was interested in. Immediately the owner and my stylist, Sean, got to work figuring out the perfect cocktail of dyes to fix me up with. They decided on what they thought would be best and then got to work on some finely weaved, golden lowlights. Sean worked with incredible precision for both the lowlights and cut. Every step along the way he made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted all while sharing valuable information about my hair type I had never even been made aware of. After two hours in the salon, I can say without a doubt I walked out with one of the best cuts and color I've ever had. Within an hour of leaving I had two people stop me to tell me how lovely my hair looked. I will absolutely be back as a loyal customer. The salon itself is adorable and immaculately clean. The entire staff were also incredibly kind and accommodating, continually checking in on me to see of I needed any refreshments. Run, run, run to Fusion H2O! This was my wife's 2nd visit to Salon H2O, her first visit was a disaster but she's always willing to give folks a 2nd chance, no one is great all of the time! Her first experience was for a cut & color. The cut was the worst she's have ever received and the color was equally as terrible, and she was there for 5 hours! It's as if having long hair was an inconvenience for them and everything was rushed or overlooked. The second visit was again for a cut & color, the color is fine, not great (after a wash and style at home the ends look greenish). The cut was again the worst she's ever gotten. Much like the first visit, the cut was so choppy it looked like a child was practicing on a doll. She had to go to another local salon to get the cut corrected (which took over an hour and a half that's how much work was needed). $200 down the drain, plus $70 to fix the bad cut. This salon might be best suited for folks with short and easy maintenance hair. She really had high hopes for this salon as it got decent reviews however after a second terrible cut, neither of us would recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I took my sons to a walk-in hair place and they ruined there hair. Me and my fiancé ended up finding Fusion and to our surprise we walked in with no appointment or wait and Kathleen saved the day by fixing both of my sons hair. She did so well, I had my haircut and my fiancé hired them to do her and her bridesmaids hair at our wedding. Great place, great service! Update: this is the only place we go to get all of our haircuts now. We had Ashley do the hair for our wedding. She is the owner and she is absolutely awesome! The best thing about this salon is the friendly receptionist. Went twice and used the same stylist but not likely to return. The first haircut was good, the 2nd wasn't. When my regular stylist, at a different salon, became sick and had to cancel my appointment at the last minute I didn't know where to turn as I was leaving for vacation the next day. I called Fusion H20 and was told they were booked for the day and they could fit me in the next day. I explained that I was leaving for vacation the next day. Within 5 minutes from hanging up with them they called back to tell me Ashley would fit me in. Ashley went over and above to fit me in when she heard I was leaving on vacation the next day. Everyone at Fusion H20 is extremely friendly. I can not thank Ashley enough for going above and beyond and giving me a great new color and cut. Thank you so much.
