She was great- easy to talk to, able to make suggestions of what would look good on me, and took time to really hear me out. She was fun to engage with through the entirety of my appointment. The way she interacted with her peers also made the environment fun and welcoming and not catty salon vibes. I plan to return in the Fall to see her again because I enjoyed my experience and the result of my partial highlights and cut. The salon itself is also beautiful and inviting. One star down from a five star experience given how pricey it is and the new 3% fee. I forgot my debit card at the time and ended up paying $9 on the fee.

After talking to their GM, they refused to give any of it back. These people are sharks looking for money any way they can get it. Please look elsewhere before going and do not allow them to keep your credit card information; it will not turn out well for you! Brandon, try as you may to justify taking $70.00 from someone who is a loyal customer. You have skewed the facts and they are not true. I never get a blow out and I was scheduled for five foils.
