I came in with ZERO layers with the shortest angles below my chin and left with uneven, haphazard, choppy layers throughout my hair and the shortest hair now falling to my lip even though I stated numerous times I did NOT want layers at all and don't want to go shorter. After she continued to cut, Sarah laughed at me and said "idk girl" and said she wouldn't charge me. Also, awful experience with the manager who reached out to me as well - wouldn't be surprised if she bullied me to take the review down after the unprofessional, mental gymnastics performance she displayed with me over the phone.

I had a consultation about a cut and a Keratin treatment and boy am I glad I did. First of all, I love the salon, clean and classy! One time, Merrick cut my hair in exactly the way it should be cut, and then last week I got the Keratin treatment. I am amazed. My hair has not looked this good in my whole life. If you have frizzy unruly hair, go get a Keratin treatment (it is non-formaldehyde). Oh - and easy parking :)

The way she interacted with her peers also made the environment fun and welcoming and not catty salon vibes. I plan to return in the Fall to see her again because I enjoyed my experience and the result of my partial highlights and cut. The salon itself is also beautiful and inviting. I'm so tired of places that won't pay for someone to be at the desk, and expect you to contact your stylist personally and play a text game for an appt.
