I have been going here for a very long time. I was disappointed this time. The gentleman doesn't take his time. This time he cut my cuticle on my toe. Nails weren't trimmed even and polish didn't cover the top of big toes. Last time I had Anna but she wasn't there. I probably will try another place . There are many. Go early in the day. Check prices before AND if you're planning on going regularly. It seems to vary which is weird. However if you like consistency in look? They're great! Personal note, a "fill" doesnt come out looking as nice as going for the gel set. The full to me looks"uneven" and when you're paying $50 for a fill? You want it to look just as nice. Came in for an appointment, gel pedicure and manicure. The husband (only male employee) Super aggressive and rude. No gloves, he has long dirty finger nails that he used to wipe excess nail polish off. Very unsanitary tools. I asked for alcohol wipes to disinfect my feet after and they laughed at me. My feet started to tingle and itch after the pedicure ( i take very good care of my feet and regularly get pedicures never had this issue before nor am i allergic to anything) I asked for pink acrylics with clear pink gel and the same male employee got angry and offended when i wanted that color. He started to throw his hands in the air and complain. He tested a color on my nail and didn't want to wipe it off. I refused the manicure and he was very cold and frustrated. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I tried to pay for my manicure and he snatched my credit card out of my hand and wouldn't speak to me. I killed him with kindness and he smiled after. Charged me $50 for a gel pedicure that lasted maybe 5 mins tops, i asked for my dead skin to be cut off on my toes and they said they couldn't do that. Very unhygienic and gross. No communication throughout the process and his nails stabbed my toes so many times it was painful. I don't recommend this place at all. I really hate when business owner's lack so much care and professionalism and basically try to fight you. I tried to give this place a shot because it's close by but never again. read more

The only ones that know what they're doing is the lady (she's the only one who knows how to do powder or fake nails). The other ones only know how to do gel / pedicure and simple polish painting. Went there today for powder / dip - the older gentleman who did it messed everything up ... cut me twice and got frustrated when he couldn't sand the powder down correctly. I told him it looked horrible - he asked the lady to fix them. She proceeded to take everything off (mind you I have been there for over 2 hours now) and wanted to do them over. I told her to just take everything off (which wasn't done correctly) because I had to get to work. What a waste of time! Beware - if you even want to get fake nails or powder / acrylic only book with the lady there ! UGH! read more

I've been coming here for pedicures for years. $25 can't beat it. I am a fairly good tipper and make appointments if possible. I also get waxing here. Not fancy. Convenient. The only real downside is the gentlemen smoke, and if that bothers you, steer clear because you can just tell. My husband gets pedicures here, and the ladies do his feet. He likes it there. My sister-in-law had a bad experience at this nail salon. She got Gel Nails for the first time and they started peeling off and separating from the nail bed on the 3rd day. She called right after it happened and the owner told her to come in the next time she was in town. It was a month later and she called on the phone again and said she was in town. When she went in, he would not do anything for her. There must have been something wrong with the product. Terrible gel manicure- they offer off- brand polish. I should have left right then, but thought I'd give them a try to have a back-up when I can't get an appointment at my usual nail salon. The technician didn't seal the tips so three are chipped within 4 days of the gel manicure. He also cut my cuticles so closely, that all but one stung for days when I washed my hands- as a precaution I applied antibiotic creme for a few days to get them to heal. And they talked to each other loudly, making it difficult for customers to talk to each other and at one point, the female technician engaged in a face-time call - full volume- while doing another manicure, which my operator left me to participate in. Went today to get my eye brows waxed. They werent very busy at all. There was only one lady ahead of me and she was getting her nails done. No one ever addressed me, or asked if they could help me. After 25 minutes waiting, I decided to leave!!! I am a regular customer but their lack of common courtesy/customer service today was a big turn off today. I made an appointment, walked in, there were only 3 employees and 3 clients so I started looking at polishes and one of the male techs told me, "no appointments all day, I must be at the wrong place". I'm actually shocked that others have given this business such favorable reviews. Besides feeling generally a little run down, and not having a great selection of colors, and opi bottles which look suspiciously like refills with no bottom label, the atmosphere was far from relaxing. A young child was zooming around on his bike, crashing into chairs. A sullen looking teenager kept flipping though the channels on the tv and finally settled on an extremely irritating and vulgar show. The worst was, after i endured about 10 minutes and asked if it could be changed or turned off, he SLOWLY flipped through the menu, leaving the vile show on in the corner on full volume. My friend and I finally both just said "OFF. TURN IT OFF" and the other workers laughed like he had done something cute. This place is cheap, that is about the only thing going for it. read more
