The store's online exchange policy clearly states that jewelry exchanges are allowed within 30 days. When I attempted to exchange an item I received as a gift, the manager initially tried to deny this policy. Although it was eventually honored, the process was made unnecessarily complicated and felt misleading. I felt disrespected throughout the interaction, and it seemed the process was made difficult in an effort to discourage me from completing the exchange. While the policy was ultimately honored, the overall experience was disappointing, and I will not be returning.

I liked that they would allow to exchange your piece if it tarnished and they give a new one in its place so I had been doing that but finally asked if I could take a few pieces and trade in for a credit so that I can instead buy a piece of their fine jewelry so I can avoid having to trade in every so often as I wear my pieces all year. They found out that the answer was that it was denied and I can't tell you how disappointed I am. Having been a regular customer all these years only to hear that I am essentially not important and they don't value my business was really sad to me. I doubt I'll return much here with that in mind. It would have been an easy fix to let me trade up for a piece of fine jewelry as I was happy to pay the difference in price. I can't say that I am a happy customer anymore.
