The worst service ever, they don't even bother to prepare the food, they bring it half cooked, almost raw and when you complain for them, no one's care!!! read more

Karas - Armenian Near Me - Glendale, California

Wonderful atmosphere and delicious food! Always a go to when craving Armenian food. Chicken ciabatta is amazing.

The food was expertly prepared with excellent ingredients and quality. Meat was cooked to perfection. Keep it up!

Delicious barbecue joint featuring mostly Armenian style cooking. Got the family platter for $70 and all 5 meats that were on there was cooked to absolute perfection. They also have good alcohol deals! Michael was a gent and awesome waiter. read more

Another awesome place being opened right across Americana to get some Armenian food flavors, but not only, last time we tried Filet Mignon and it was DELICIOUS, I would confidently say better than in a very "fancy" steak houses around! The prices surprised me! Because of the location and the quality of food prices were supposed to be more, but happily they aren't. I assume they weren't expecting this much flow of customers and that's why they are expending their staff, so soon everything will be even faster, the manager told me! From now on My favorite spot to go in Glendale! read more

Amazing food !! Also the service is amazing. We love this place . My family and I always go to Kara's. Thank you Kara's for everything!

Good food, friendly staff, reminds me of Armenia :) We didn't even wait much for our order. S very nace place to eat. read more

Visiting from Toronto and the restaurant made us feel at home. The food is amazing, our hostess Liliaa was super amicable and graceful. Ambience is praiseworthy. Super super star read more

I'm not one to usually write a review, but was compelled to do so after our experience at Karas this evening. The food was exquisite, the service was amazing, and the ambiance was warm and inviting. A must-see for tourists like us - we're from Canada - or anyone looking for a relaxing night out. read more

the food is delicious but the waiter and assistants are not attentive and forget to bring the entire order

I had a very great experience 1st time I came here. But now they have taken off several items off there non existent menu. My favorite item was there burgers and it not on the menu any more. My food was great but to bad it was cold. I asked for some bread to enjoy with my food and by the time they brought it out my food was ice cold by the time. Also the customers that sit outside take smoke breaks next to the outdoor seating which was really annoying. Let me know when the burger is back on the menu and will return but until then last time. read more

The best lahmajun which is usually called armenian pizza, everything here is very tasty and the staff is so helpful

Best Middle Eastern/Armenian food in LA! Thank you guys for amazing food and service!

Karas - Excellent Armenian traditional live music - Armenian Near Me - Glendale, California

The food is bland. The chicken I ordered had no salt, the hummus was bland. There are so many tasty options in the area, I can think of at least 3 restaurants where the kabobs are so much better and even cheaper. The staff didn't know how to use the ordering automated system. I will go to another place for good kabobs (Mini Kabob, Masis, or Panini Grill). read more

The food can be good (depending on what you order) and many of the prices are a bargain. The menu is large. Tables outside in both the sun and shade are almost always available. These tables are equipped with call buttons for ordering or paying, but it seems calls from the buttons are often ignored or perhaps not heard, and wait time can be excessive. As with most establishments on Brand Blvd., there is no parking lot. read more

Very good Armenian food. I recommend it highly. Service was good and quick. I will come again

They have the best food and I feel like I was in Armenia they finally have pork that I always want and not all restaurant have pork it just taste like I just want to update don't Judge them they still have bomb food it cheap price too expect it near Americana so come down and try it out here annoying the other yelp review I am going to have the 5 Stars on read more

Nice corner view of a busy trafficked area due to the Americana. Service didn't check in with you to see how your food is or if you liked the food. Burgers are greasy and unmanageable and not in a good way. Tabouli was terrible and it was worse than prepackaged Trader Joe's. It was not fresh. The hummus was good. Thankfully, the table next door who were two nurses scrubbed there forks with their napkins noticed I hadn't really eaten my food, spoke with the server and helped to get it taken off after he delivered our bill and still didn't ask why there is a plate of food untouched. read more

Such good food! My family and I come here all the time when we need some great middle eastern food and it never disappoints! Jay is also such an awesome server and not bad to look at either;) Get the kebab plate!! read more

We waited forever for our order to be ready. The food was very dry. Their shawarma sucked, I've never eaten anything that bad .( Shawarma is my favorite meal) I was expecting to hear Armenian music since it's a traditional Armenian restaurant but the music was the every day American radio music. Won't go there again . read more

I came here with my family service was good but food was hideous pizza was too soggy and greasy they also brought one of my orders late also rice didnt have any taste read more

After passing by here a million times, we finally decided to give it a try. This is a franchise that comes from Armenia, which made me all the more curious to try. The place was not too packed. Service was decent, they did their job at attending to us and giving recommendations. We got the family platter which was a great size for 5 people. The chicken and beef were quite good. The tatziki was a little different from what I normally have, but good. We also tried the lamajun, it was pretty good but I'd like to see more meat in it. Overall all, it's a decent place to eat. read more

I'm not sure why this place does not have high stars but I know I absolutely enjoyed the restaurant and service. First and foremost I am not being biased at all but it definitely felt great to see Armenian and Russian employees work. The place felt very much like home (Armenia). The food was delicious. We had the eggs and tomatoes, meat and potatoes with peppers, and mushrooms all tastes very good (homemade style). We had kampot (Russian drink with whole fruits inside)....very refreshing. I will definitely eat here again. Oh yes and the customer service was on point.ya read more

Horrible service! Poor presentation. The waiter literally throw the menus infront of us & left. We waited 15 minutes to place the order, but he didn't come back. They don't know even the basics which is greeting customers, SMH! read more

Awful experience at 7 pm on a Saturday .... waited and waited ... eventually got up to find a server ( we were outside ) eventually ordered pork chops and pork wings . Sever said pork chops may not be available and what was my 2nd choice - beef kebab. After a lengthy wait the ribs and the kebab arrived ( guessing no pork chops ) completely inedible . Rice was cold and the beef was ... well look at picture and see. My daughters ribs were so dry she couldn't even scrape the meat off with a knife . She was treating me to dinner and didn't want a fuss so she paid and we left . Starving. As I said ... AWFUL read more

Horrible experience, cold-hearted aholes. I came here with my two small kids 1yr and 3yrs this past weekend when it was 104 outside. We parked and were walking around before coming to restaurant to sit outside in one of the individual divided tables with mist. Because we had been walking our heads were slightly elevated in temperature and so the guy made us stand outside on the sidewalk for nearly 15minutes to the point both babies were crying and upset bc my 3yr son kept trying to go in and sit at the table but we weren't allowed to even though we confirmed not having corona virus. This virus does not give you free reign to be cruel to people and especially kids and babies! The seating was outdoors and apart from each other anyway. What's wrong with you people? read more

Food was clean, healthy, and service from our waiter Edrik was awesome. Will be coming back. I love Mediterranean food!
