    I got my truck in 1 hour and 15 minutes with Rosa. They had a $78 down special with no catches. Yes, of course its better to out more down on a car but I needed one now! The most simple car bat experience I've ever had. You will need to provide about 12 references and 6 need to answer the phone. Get that together before you go.

    They're liars they sold me a car without a air bag in it I could have died never told me the car was in 26 incidents before I got it!!!

Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!

We discussed the price, warranties, mileage, features, and options on this loaner vehicle in detail. I made it clear that I was coming down to see it and purchase it today. Archie even told me to ask for Mickey, the Sales Manager. When I arrived, Mickey had no idea I was coming--he was not expecting me. Once we sat down, I was told the vehicle was actually loaned out and not even on the lot. Additionally, the vehicle had 6,000-7,000 miles on it, not the 3,000 miles advertised online or confirmed over the phone. They attempted to "make good" with another deal, but it wasn't even close to comparable. This is a textbook example of deceptive marketing and bait-and-switch tactics: lure customers in with an attractive offer, then try to sell them something more expensive. What's worse, the General Manager, who knew I was coming, did not even have the courtesy to speak to me or apologize for wasting my time. Buyers beware when dealing with this dealership in Rosenberg, Texas.

I recently noticed small pimple like bumps in a small area on the hood. We live the closest to Gay Family Kia, so scheduled an appointment there to have the hood checked out. The service manager said that the area has been repainted and would not be covered under warranty. I explained to him that I have never been in an accident or had any body work done to the car. He replied to me that it was probably damaged during transit and repainted by the dealership and it is probably rail dust surfacing now because preparation for the repaint was not done properLH. He then said it's not Kia's problem and should be taken up with the dealership that sold me the car. Upon calling the service manager at Fortbend Kia, I was told that Fortbend was bought out and is now called Shottenkirk Fortbend Kia (same building) and basically it is not their problem, how convenient! I called customer care at the Kia headquarters two days ago and am still awaiting an answer on if they are gonna take care of the paint. Bottom line, I guess you now have to take a brand new car to be inspected by a body shop prior to making a purchase. I understand that accidents or damage can happen during transit but I feel the customer should be made aware of the body damage before selling the vehicle as new and at full price. I definitely would have taken a hard pass on this $55,000 purchase. Its really ashamed that Kia does not stand behind their product or the dealerships that they have approved to sell their vehicles. Kia should be Kia regardless of the dealership or state!

I purchased a beautiful car from them a week ago, drove it home and it's been parked in my driveway since. It was advertised online by all the online ads - car gurus, etc. as being a HOT CAR and excellent buy which is exactly what Moses the salesman said too. He also convinced my brother and I of how lucky and blessed we were to have the opportunity to buy such a car in such excellent shape and a one owner car at such a cheap price. Being said, there were red flags I should have picked up on immediately but I trusted Moses the salesman because it seemed so honest and assured me of how great this car was. Big red flag was when I asked to test drive it and he jumped in the back seat. When my brother and I wanted to go up to the freeway and give it some gas he objected by telling us to only go a block or two and that the cops were bad in the area so we could only drive 30-40 miles an hour. So much for being an excellent car! I barely made the drive home before all the check engine, fluid level lights came on and it went into LIMP mode, I system doesn't work, won't go into reverse and ALOT more. I've hired a very good attorney because they didn't even apologize but lied some more and hung up on my face!!
