Kenneth and Taylor were fantastic. Timely, communicative, respectful, and hustled to complete the job on an unearthly hot day in Texas. They navigated tricky stairs with care. I'd consider the total cost of the move a value and well worth it. read more

Good movers, will use again. Professional and fast working crew. Good communication from office as well.

Kenneth and the team were phenomenal every step of the way. The communication before and during the move was great, the actual moving was seamless and it was a very fair price. read more

Kenneth and Taylor were a serious God sent. Amazing disposition, smiles the whole time, kind, strong, respectful, and efficient. I was really impressed by their calm energy and creativity: we had to move a big office table into a corner room and Taylor unhinged the door with the tools they brought, they got the table in, and then he hinged the door again in a blink! They have the most competitive pricing in North Austin! Their truck was huge and they have a pickup in front that also fit all the bikes, ATV, and extras. They had moving blankets and dolley's, and muscles! Hahaha but really, just a great duo and so happy I chose them. Look no further! These are your movers! Make sure to tip them well, they truly are offering competitive pricing!! Thanks guys for a seamless move! read more

So I cannot say enough good things about these guys. There isn't enough room. Not only did they treat me and my stuff with the utmost care and respect, they even offered to take things apart, lift things they didn't have to, and helped me pick out a new credenza for my office. Do not hesitate to use these guys. Quick, efficient, and strong. The absolute best. Thank you for helping me on move day, you made it much less stressful. read more

Kangaroo Movers are top notch! From the minute they showed up, they were methodical and professional. Everything was wrapped and tied down resulting in nothing damaged. They even circled back to the original house to load an additional truck of objects we didn't discuss when scheduling. I'll 100% use them again and have already referred them to friends with upcoming moves. Thanks again guys! read more

Can't say enough good things! The movers were very fast, efficient and friendly. Very reasonably priced and got a discount for paying cash. Highly recommend using this company! read more

Kangaroo was everything that you want in a mover: on-time, fast work, careful with belongings and home, well priced, friendly, and good communicators. We had a pretty small job of just moving a couple of pieces of heavy, fragile furniture from a showroom sale into our home. Kangaroo quoted the job much more reasonably than others around town. They were easy to communicate with before scheduling, after scheduling, and I'm the moving day. They showed up in the time window they said (on the early side of the window, and exactly to the minute of their updated time estimate). We were their third job of the day and I was actually expecting them to be late because things happen sometimes. Nice surprise! On arrival to the store they were very friendly and went to work quickly. They recognized that as an hourly service that time is of the essence. There was no dilly-dallying. It was nice that they were right on time since we were meeting them there. On arrival to our house, they quickly got the furniture in the house and unpadded and even helped me by doing some quick assembly and adjustment. They were complimentary of both our home and the new furniture addition. All of that for a price that was lower than the minimum on next best quote. read more

Kenneth and Chris did a fantastic job! Moving your valuables is always stressful, but these guys were meticulous and took pride in moving everything by securing the items when needed with blankets, tape, etc. They were wonderful to work with and did everything we asked - great attitudes! Would hire this company and guys again in a heartbeat! Thanks for all your help! read more

I've used these guys before and made sure to use them again when it came time to move again. They go above and beyond. They are so fast, they don't waste your time, and they are really hard workers. They are also very friendly and personable and communicate very clearly about how you want things done. They are also GREAT at Tetris and getting everything to fit! I highly highly recommend them. read more

Great guys and good value! I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future!!

They were a little late getting to my job due to a previous move that morning that ran overtime (not their fault), but were efficient and fast when they got there. Good prive, good work. read more

This is my second time using kangaroo movers and I can reliably say their service is consistently great every time! Kenneth was super helpful for scheduling and overall they were fast and efficient so you know you're getting a great value for what you're paying. The 2 movers helping us today (Kenneth and someone else) were very friendly and great to work with. We are already planning on hiring them again soon! read more

Kenneth, Taylor, and Heath moved me just before a big winter storm. I had originally been scheduled for the day of the ice storm but they graciously accommodated me as their second job on an earlier day. I was very appreciative for their flexibility as moving on ice day would've been a nightmare. They wrapped everything very well and were very efficient. Took care in the items that are fragile. They are very responsive and communicative throughout the rescheduling and during the move. I hope to never move again but plan on using them again if I do! read more

Go with these guys! They exceeded my expectations and got me moved to my new apartment with ease. They were able to handle TWO recliner couches and dressers from the 3rd floor of my old apartment. It was also raining on and off that day but they made sure everything was dry and even pushed harder before it came down. These guys are pros and deserve your business! read more

I had the nicest experience moving some heavy furniture to my storage unit today. Taylor and his buddy (never asked his name) we're amazing. Quick, careful in wrapping all the pieces and super friendly. I don't know where you would find anyone better or more reasonable than Kangaroo Movers! I give them a 10! read more

Nobody enjoys the hassle of moving and doing the research to find a good mover can be just as frustrating. So glad I did thorough research and stumbled across Kangaroo Movers. The prices are very fair......best I found actually. The job was scheduled well in advance for our 12/11 move date. They showed up exactly on time and started to work immediately. Things could not have gone any smoother. I will definitely spread the word about this company to family and friends. Thank you for such a smooth moving experience. Very professional and friendly. read more

I have moved several times and this company is by far my best experience. Heath and Taylor were extremely quick, professional, and friendly. They took tremendous care of all my personal belongings. I had a desk that was not able to fit through the door but they took it apart and put it back together within 5 minutes...it was a HUGE desk. You can tell that they are extremely passionate about their job. Not only do I recommend Kangaroo Movers but I highly recommend Heath and Taylor. Also, the owner was very responsive. I'm glad I didn't because the weather turned out to be great but the night prior, I texted the owner at 10pm to reschedule and he texted back instantly. Like I said, I didn't need to reschedule but his quick response at that hour was much appreciated. read more

These guys were great! They were quick to respond to any questions, they are competitively priced, the guys showed up at the time we scheduled, and they worked hard and fast and took great care of our furniture! They even made sure to put everything exactly where we wanted it in our new place. Also, the movers were so nice and patient. I'd recommend Kangaroo to everyone! read more

Quick and easy move. The guys were friendly and amenable to the few requests we had. A pleasure to work with.

These guys are true moving pros! I've hired them for multiple jobs and they have been reliable, super professional and so careful every time! I recently hired them to load some Pods for my cross-country move and they packed them so efficiently and used every bit of available space, that I was able to get my move done with one less pod than originally planned. Even in the Texas summer heat, the guys put in the hard work to get the job done. Look no further, these are the movers you'll want to hire! read more

This is the best moving experience I have ever had. Kenneth and his partner moved my entire 2 bedroom condo in 2 hours. They were definitely the most affordable, took great care in wrapping and padding fragile items, and were super fast (stairs included). I would recommend them to ANYONE and EVERYONE. Thanks guys! read more

The Kangaroo team were responsive, courteous, and fast. I would 100% recommend and will be using them for my next move.

Ken and his crew were prompt, professional, and very efficient! It was supposed to rain the day on my move and they were considerate to pay attention on the details! This shows they are true professionals and great at what they do! Another concern I had was the time since they charge an hourly rate, but it actually saved me money in the long run since they did the same job another moving company did HALF the time they were quick!!! I would definitely recommend Ken and his crew @ Kangaroo Movers! read more

Very professional team. They were patient with my furnitures & offered to complete the job with one hour minimum I'd be recommending them to others. read more

Use this company!!! They were so great I can not say it enough. They showed up and even though my pod was delivered at the opposite end of the apartment complex and with the door facing not out not to the street they still unloaded my whole pod in 40 minutes, moved it to the other end of the complex and up to my third floor in 2 hours!! They were so polite respectful and just generally nice guys. Please please use this company!! They are also so affordable. After looking around and pricing out Kangaroo movers came in affordable and totally 100% worth every penny. Tip them good they work hard for it. read more

Kangaroo Movers were awesome, I would highly recommend them! They were reasonably priced, responsive, reliable, efficient and very personable. I will use them again when I need to move anything! read more

We just moved and as a busy couple, we didn't have a ton of time to pack. I asked Kangaroo Movers to come and pack as well as move us to our new place. The team was very responsive before, during and after the move. We had some really crazy rain the morning of our move so they were understandably behind. They kept me informed of their timeline and arrived during the new arrival window. Kenneth, the owner, also was one of our movers and he was very personable, knowledgeable and honest throughout the whole time. They brought boxes with them and used my boxes first to save me some cost (we ended up needing their boxes too!). The pair worked diligently the whole time, took apart our king sized bed frame which certainly wouldn't have fit out or into the new place. They reassembled it upon arrival. Nothing was broken, Kenneth warned me about a possible integrity problem with one of my shelves in case it broke in the move (it didn't), and the guys worked rather late to make sure everything was in place. I truly appreciated their hard work-- and extremely fair pricing! Believe me, I got a number of quotes before determining what company to use. I would recommend their team to everyone. And I'm confident even if something would've happened to my furniture or otherwise, Kenneth would've worked to make it right. I will definitely look forward to using them next time I move. Thanks to the team! read more

They were great, they were friendly, moved everything super quickly and were very affordable.

Taylor and Kenneth are the BEST! So trustworthy, I would trust them with any and all moves.

Wonderful experience! I was able to book and get a quote with ease via Yelp, and the 2 guys showed up right at 9am and finished without a hitch -- the quote I got was exactly right. They were efficient and everything went smoothly with no damage. Added plus, they had a great attitude and were very nice. read more

Found out last minute that my Gf had to be out by a certain date. Kangaroo moving luckily had availability for me. It wasn't an easy move from a 3rd story apartment and then driving to Kyle. The guys were super friendly amd had great customer service. They were careful with all items and quickly wrapped items that could be damaged. I highly recommend them. read more

I have used Kangaroo seberal times in the past but it takes one bad move to ruin it. Took 11 hours. Owner claimed he could move my exercise equipment. Left one item in my previous house in whichI had to pay an adfional $1000 to move it. They damaged my peloton tread that does not work now. Lost two levels off the bottom of my stationary bike. Took a chunk of wood out the stairwell and did not care when I addressed in text afterward. They left without removing any of the wrapping on all furniture. Left several items that were clearly instructed to be moved. When I reminded him, he denied knowing. I was told they would dump some items then did not take them. All after i paid and tipped very well. Stupid me for not walking through before they left. I do not revommend these guys for a real move. Maybe for an apartment or tiny house. I referred about 10 people in the past and none of them are using Kangaroo again. It shows a big truck on tneir website. Nope...it's a trailer. So get ready for several trips and many hours. One of the movers continuously ran into overhead light fixtures and walls. Since the movers damaged my Peloton, warranty will not cover it. Yay for me and they got paid. Bunch of BS. Won't ever use them again. read more

I recently moved and utilized the services of Kangaroo Movers and am very happy with the results. They were competitively priced upon initial inquiry, were prompt in communication about booking and scheduling and importantly showed up when they said they would. The move went exactly to plan and the 2 guys working the move were hard workers and respectful. They picked up the items I needed at the origination and put them in the locations I needed at the destination. Nothing was broken and the job was done well. I would definitely recommend Kangaroo Movers for your moving needs and will utilize their services again if I need to move in the future. read more
