I found a style of boots that I would normally pay $150 for and Danform had them on sale for $60. I also found a pair of Merrill's. I didn't feel pressured at all by the sales staff. They gave me ample time to figure out what I wanted and then they were quick to ring me out. Penny took the time to measure my feet and they found the correct size for me. I was surprised to find shoes on sale that fit me. So often I get into a shoe store and nothing on sale will fit my feet.

I'm also convinced they are ALL about customer service! The manager also gave a $10 off coupon. I will be using these for another pair of DC's in a few weeks. So I changed my score! VERY STRONG 5/5...I will be doing all of my future shoe shopping with them if I can.

I checked it out on Yelp while drinking my coffee, and saw a few negative reviews focused on customer service. The store was busy, it being a Sunday afternoon in the winter. Still, I was approached within 45 seconds to see if I needed help finding anything. The guy asked questions about how I would use the boots, explained how boot ratings work, and brought me some options. 15 minutes later I was out of there with my new boots. Side note: The reason I remained bootless into a Vermont January was the utterly lacking selection and stock levels at EMS. I'll be coming back to Lenny's to outfit my kid.
