For the most part the cashiers are nice, but I had grandma going for me and she said that a cashier about a week ago gave her problems. I always give her cash to pay with and we were being charged $30 the vape fluid the first few times, come to find out a cashier told her we have been over charged it's supposed to be $20 for the fluid when you pay cash. She also gave a card wrote down everything for us a signed it. Thank God I took a pic and sent it with grandma because a different worker was so rude, wouldn't give her a stamped card after paying and was going to over charge her. Props to Grandma who stood her ground and paid the $20. It was only one person we had complications with and who knows maybe they were having a rough day. Over all I've been going there for a few months now and I appreciate their hard work especially the owner, I called before my first purchase and he was amazing, knew what I was talking about and was kind as well as patient. He has knowledge of what he is doing however he treats everyone as if they do not and that they are wrong. He believes that people are not capable of creating their own Vape juice. And that it is a very complicated process. He does not hold back from swearing at customers or being rude to his employees. On top of all of that his prices are through the roof. He charged me $100 for the same device that I could get online for $49. And his selection of Vape juice is limited only to the tacky sweet candy flavors. Yuck! The woman working was a piece of work. I told the woman I had been vaping for over 4 years now. After saying this, I found it very odd how surprised she was to see that I had heard of nearly every brand she carried. Maybe she was new to vaping, or just had no idea what she was talking about. We'll go with the latter She went over several fruit flavored juices, even though I said I was into bakery flavors. She got to one juice and said "This one is max VG, so that basically means it's all natural". That's not what it means. AT ALL. She kept opening brand new bottles and had me smell them... Then, this is where it gets good. Or bad.... She opens a bottle and puts a few drops on her hand and proceeds to rub it into her skin with her finger. She says "This is what we do. This is how you get a real good smell of the juice". YOU DO NOT PUT EJUICE ON YOUR SKIN! This woman is completely shot out and has no clue what she's doing or talking about!
