One time I had a question about some products and the store associate didn't know the answer, so I continued my shopping. A few minutes later he came back to me and gave me some helpful answers, he did some research online while I was shopping. He even showed me the results on his computer. I was impressed. I just wish they have more deals and offers.

First off, I notice that there "Get one free, or 1/2 off", etc promos are a different , higher price then if you only buy one bottle. Second, the REAL 1st bottle price is in smaller print. The promo signs don't say this, so you get register shock. (Example, buy one bottle for $15, but if you want the "FREE" bottle, the first bottle is marked up to like $18. Not even sure this is legal) THIRD, and worse, was one of the products smelled like garbage or something. Rotten. Spoke to staff all over, including Customer Service. They sent a return label, and they received my return in 2 days. It's now been 3 weeks, and I still have no refund.I've called customer service 3 times total, and gotten a different person, and different answer each time. No one can tell me where my refund is, or will even acknowledge receipt of my return. Last guy hung up on me. Will not buy from this company, website, or store again. Stick with Vitamin Shoppe, or even GNC, where they not only sell different brands, but seem to communicate with each other and their customers.

It's also not as expensive as you might think. I find the layout and organization extremely confusing. We have been several times, and I still somehow cannot get through the store in a timely, efficient manner. The aisles are windy and labyrinth-esque. I remember reading reviews for this before we went for the first time and rolling my eyes, but I get it now -- not a HUGE deal, but takes away from the shopping experience just a smidge. That said, I'm obsessed with this place and we go ALL the time now to stock up on things we can't get anywhere else.
