He has knowledge of what he is doing however he treats everyone as if they do not and that they are wrong. He believes that people are not capable of creating their own Vape juice. And that it is a very complicated process. He does not hold back from swearing at customers or being rude to his employees. On top of all of that his prices are through the roof. He charged me $100 for the same device that I could get online for $49. And his selection of Vape juice is limited only to the tacky sweet candy flavors. Yuck! Love this place!! Went in not sure what to expect, but this place will become a weekly stop for me…read more It's not your typical dispensary; it's more of a third space for wellness seekers looking for a unique experience and top-notch products across plant medicine & allies, trending alcohol-free beverage options, gourmet pantry items, and even an espresso bar!? Definite foodie vibes. The whole experience was super warm and inviting, and the staff was SO knowledgeable & approachable. They totally took their time answering our questions and guiding us on ways to optimize & expand our wellness repertoire. Both my husband and I were super impressed. So many brands and products here that you won't find elsewhere. They have just as many functional (non-intoxicating) options as they do active ones, if not more! It honestly felt like a modern wellness shop that also happens to sell cannabis (which I loved). It's obvious LY is consciously selecting and supporting crafters, makers, farmers with brands & businesses behind them that do good in the world and that honor the human-plant connection. I like knowing who I'm supporting when I make a purchase, and I felt like that legwork was done for me in the curated selection here. This place is for you if you don't love the thought of a traditional dispensary, are a microdoser, plant medicine newbie, or even just want a more integrative approach to wellness and access to amazingly sourced products & education. Go check it out before the world finds out about them! You'll thank me later.

For the most part the cashiers are nice, but I had grandma going for me and she said that a cashier about a week ago gave her problems. I always give her cash to pay with and we were being charged $30 the vape fluid the first few times, come to find out a cashier told her we have been over charged it's supposed to be $20 for the fluid when you pay cash. She also gave a card wrote down everything for us a signed it. Thank God I took a pic and sent it with grandma because a different worker was so rude, wouldn't give her a stamped card after paying and was going to over charge her. Props to Grandma who stood her ground and paid the $20. It was only one person we had complications with and who knows maybe they were having a rough day. Over all I've been going there for a few months now and I appreciate their hard work especially the owner, I called before my first purchase and he was amazing, knew what I was talking about and was kind as well as patient. I hope to keep going to only this store its easier if you have a one stop not that far from home. Thank you all for everything you do.

Granted, it WAS 6 weeks from the time I bought the wand until I opened it. The packaging was supposed to have a storage bag and a USB cord for charging. It did not. I went back to the store to get an exchange, not a refund. A female employee greeted me and I asked her about an exchange. As I was telling her my issue another female employee (I assume some sort of mgr. or owner) came to the counter and immediately started berating me. "Really? Six weeks?" I said I wasn't looking for refund just exchange. Her: "How do I know you didn't just take them?" I told you she wouldn't. "See?", she said. The she said, "You'll have to contact the manufacturer." I said "You sell me a defective item and it's MY fault?" Her: "Well...you don't have to shop here." Furthermore, their prices are outrageous as I was to find out after doing some comparison shopping. They know they have a captive audience when it come to adult novelties. This sorry excuse of a customer service person totally shocked me. ZERO knowledge of how to work with customers. If this infected boil of an employee were on fire and I had a glass of water, I'd drink the water. My rating is actually ZERO stars.
