The selection of pieces here is insane and the staff were knowledgeable and some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Especially Patty! I told him that I was spending the day alone because my boyfriend was here for a work event and he immediately welcomed me to stay and hang out for their celebration! I purchased a silicone water bong that I've been interesting in getting -- it was $15 cheaper than any others I've seen, has an ice catcher, and works like a charm!! I spent about an hour smoking hookah outside the front of the shop, met some great people, and enjoyed the spring weather and company! Not even sure this is legal) THIRD, and worse, was one of the products smelled like garbage or something. Rotten. Spoke to staff all over, including Customer Service. They sent a return label, and they received my return in 2 days. It's now been 3 weeks, and I still have no refund.I've called customer service 3 times total, and gotten a different person, and different answer each time. No one can tell me where my refund is, or will even acknowledge receipt of my return. Last guy hung up on me. Will not buy from this company, website, or store again. Stick with Vitamin Shoppe, or even GNC, where they not only sell different brands, but seem to communicate with each other and their customers.
