Granted, it WAS 6 weeks from the time I bought the wand until I opened it. The packaging was supposed to have a storage bag and a USB cord for charging. It did not. I went back to the store to get an exchange, not a refund. A female employee greeted me and I asked her about an exchange. As I was telling her my issue another female employee (I assume some sort of mgr. or owner) came to the counter and immediately started berating me. "Really? Six weeks?" I said I wasn't looking for refund just exchange. Her: "How do I know you didn't just take them?" I told you she wouldn't. "See?", she said. The she said, "You'll have to contact the manufacturer." I said "You sell me a defective item and it's MY fault?" Her: "Well...you don't have to shop here." Furthermore, their prices are outrageous as I was to find out after doing some comparison shopping. They know they have a captive audience when it come to adult novelties. This sorry excuse of a customer service person totally shocked me. ZERO knowledge of how to work with customers.
