There needs to be a little more thoughtfulness and discreetness put in to decisions like these. I actively had to stand in front of all of those pretty pleasure devices to shield my 9 year old daughter from them, since I saw her eyes dart straight at the hot pink one. My RX has been on a national wide shortage and has been a challenge to not only get each month but also plan around and figure out how to best set expectations. Other pharmacies have been curt, unhelpful and made a stressful situation worse - but NOT these folks - they have been SUPERB! I can't say enough about how they have patiently assisted me with questions, educated me when needed and responded promptly each and every time I've needed anything. Again, pharmacies can be an under the radar type of relationship for many of us - but if you have the option - these folks are professional, helpful and all around impressive at their job! HUGE store, tons of products, and a very friendly staff... I was impressed! Not only did I get most of what I needed, but I also picked up milk because I realized we were out.... MILK. At a PHARMACY. Just awesome. I only had a couple of small qualms... 1) the travel supplies were split between two aisles which confused me when I went to the first aisle and only found a fraction of the items I was looking for - they should all be in the same place. 2) They were out of the huge roll of floss that we normally use. I also saw a couple of products that I grabbed the last of (small containers of women's shaving cream, for example). I know that's just a stocking issue and it could just be that there was a run on floss and shaving cream but I like it best when there are plenty of each item. I will totally be back -- and I'll be dragging my sister with me!

The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!! The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted. What great customer relations care. They are compassionate human beings who really care. My wife recently passed away and she pretty much handled everything within the household. So, when we decided to still come to Vt as she would have this summer, I thought I did the right thing by getting my son's epilepsy meds before leaving. But, I didn't realize that Rite Aid only filled a third of the prescription and never told me. They did charge me full price though so, I didn't think anything of it. Well, he ran out while we were still here. Dave and Patty went above and beyond to get his prescription and the medicine ordered so my son would have it. And they had it delivered the very next morning. Also, for the same price I pay for it at home. Really, I can't thank them enough! Thank you Dave and Patty! Like I said, I wish they were located in NY because I guarantee that I wouldn't get the same treatment there.
