This is the worst pharmacy with the worst employees that I have ever encountered. Chris, Alex and Lindsay managed by Jess have never been pleasant, but today was exceptional. I arrived at 6:58 with 30 seconds to spare and they denied giving me my prescription. If the Pharmacy closes at 6:58 then that is what the website should read. Whoever raised these rude barn animals should be ashamed. They have no business working in customer service. This is one place that I would welcome AI replacing humans. read more

Three times my Dr. has placed prescriptions to this pharmacy, it's always a disaster! Micromanaging the doctors, snide remarks, calling me rude and saying "stop screaming" hanging up on me twice???? Something is dreadfully wrong with the mentality of the pharmacy techs and management at this place. I had the phone on speaker and you could hear her being extremely rude and condescending my husband and grandson couldn't believe it. Stay away they are the WORST!! read more

The staff are always friendly and helpful but the jacked up prices on everything from OTC meds to feminine hygiene supplies have turned me off. You'd think the drugstore would be the best place to get health supplies but the grocery store around the corner has much better prices. I'm talking differences of $3 to $6 on items under twenty dollars. read more

Now I know why I quit working for this horrible company. Yesterday, I had two scripts sent to this location. I went through the drive through and was told my scripts weren't ready and to come back in 15 minutes. So I wait the 15 minutes and drive back to the drive through which is now very busy with other customers until it is my turn. I again ask for my scripts and was given my bag and I proceed to drive home. I realize pretty quick that I only have one script and I'm pretty irritated at this point because of how long I just had to wait. So I call the pharmacy and tell them how could you forget part of my order when you just said I had to come back as it was not ready. The pharmacist gave me horrible attitude and obviously did not care that they screwed up. The morons that are employed here really don't give a damn about their customers and it clearly shows. In the future I won't be using this crappy company anymore and I advise anyone else to do the same. read more

I was there today for the first time. It is a new store so I was excited. Major disappointment. The place had an odor I couldn't identify as anything but old -- and yet it's a new from-the-ground-up building. I don't know what it is but they ought to look into air fresheners or something. That was all ok if I at least was able to get what I went for which I was not. Not only was it not in the store but there were a lot of open slots on the rack I was looking leading me to wonder who, if anyone, was ordering supplies for this place. My sister and I have a love affair with well-stocked pharmacies. I left this pharmacy last night ready to call my sister immediately and giddily tell her what nirvana this store is. HUGE store, tons of products, and a very friendly staff... I was impressed! Not only did I get most of what I needed, but I also picked up milk because I realized we were out.... MILK. At a PHARMACY. Just awesome. I only had a couple of small qualms... 1) the travel supplies were split between two aisles which confused me when I went to the first aisle and only found a fraction of the items I was looking for - they should all be in the same place. 2) They were out of the huge roll of floss that we normally use. I also saw a couple of products that I grabbed the last of (small containers of women's shaving cream, for example). I know that's just a stocking issue and it could just be that there was a run on floss and shaving cream but I like it best when there are plenty of each item. I will totally be back -- and I'll be dragging my sister with me! read more

I don't like the coupons either. I always lose them and I normally spend at least $25.00 each time I go. They should put the discount directly on the CVS card, I agree with you. The pharamacy staff is excellent. The store front people are just as great. Willing to help etc... The problem I have is the customers. I waited in line before work one morning (which I ended up being late) at the pharmacy for this womand to b.s. with the check out girl at the pharmacy. Complete social time for this woman. It happens a lot when I TRY to pick up my prescriptions. Then it started happening at the front end of the store at the check out. I love the store and the staff, but if this happens one more time, I'm going back to Rite Aid, along with the thousands of dollars I spend on my prescriptions a year. I would suggest, training the staff to be poliet, but get to the next customer in line. Don't keep the conversation going with these "long winded, have nothing to do all day " people. The much-awaited CVS is open! Like all newly opened stores, it is clean and well stocked, and the staff seem happy to be here. I tend to prefer CVS over other pharmacies (although there are a few RIte Aids I have been partial to). Mostly I like the coupons that pop out after I have paid up. I try to only get a few things at a time so I can return the next day to use my new coupons. I am exactly what the marketing gurus at CVS were hoping for. I have been here about 5 times in the past 10 days because of this evil respiratory infection (and because of the coupons). They have my favorite tissues (Puffs with Lotion), cough syrup (Delsym), and medicine (Mucinex D 1200 mg), which you have to get from behind the counter (no prescription necessary, just your i.d.) CVS also carries my favorite cold/dry-weather lotion, Vichy Aqualia Thermal Mineral Balm. Sure, it costs almost $30, but what is your upper lip worth to you? WIthout this, I think my entire nose and upper lip would have flaked off by now, despite the lotion in my Puffs. Besides, I had a coupon. I have my prescriptions here (no, I'm not going to list them for you, silly), and the pharmacy staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. So very glad I no longer have to go to the one in Hannafords. This CVS also have my favorite gum, which is unreasonably hard to find but absolutely necessary, since I hate cough drops. Why is it so hard to find Eclipse Peppermint gum? I plan to be back tomorrow. I'm low on Delsym, and I have all these coupons... read more

Love this new store. You can find pretty much anything here. They often have unbeatable sales. The only downfall, and this is in regard to CVS in general, is the use of coupons attached to receipts. They should do away with this and just offer the discount directly, or attach it to your CVS card. I hate holding on to receipts. The problem is, these coupons are significant, often $4 or $5 off your next order. I have no choice but to keep the receipts and often find that I forget or loose them before I have a chance to go back. read more

My husband and I were so happy when this pharmacy / store opened in 2011. We had been so thoroughly disgusted with the nearby pharmacy within the chain grocery store at the same shopping center. What a breath of fresh air this one was and is to this day! The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and prescriptions are ready when we expect them to be. They go above and beyond to help us and contact prescribers when necessary or even helpful. I recommend them to everyone who asks. read more

Worst cashier ever! The prices didn't ring up the correct sales price. She acted like it was my fault. Standing there like "what are you going to do about it.. I finally asked to call someone else... at the end she asked if I put my CVS card in? I asked where? Didn't you just scan it? She said, I don't know... If you ever want direct proof of why private/corporate business has no place in administering health care services or prescription drugs, then look no further than this CVS location. I called 3 days ago asking my prescriptions to be transferred to it from Walgreen's ( who also suck at their jobs). Get a text the following day saying my prescriptions were "Too soon to fill" despite my last refill being over a month ago. Call up their location get more info, and no answer on the phone. Call this morning (hours are supposedly 10-6), and NO ANSWER. Drive to the store in the rain, and it's shuttered. Wait till 10:30 am and still not open. Now I have to suffer without vital blood pressure medication because these people clearly have no concern with providing any sort of decent customer service. Highly recommend anyone looking for a reliable place to get their scripts filled to LOOK ELSEWHERE. CVS only cares about its shareholders. read more

By far, the nicest and most efficient pharmacy I have ever used. It is the one we use while on vacation, and they have never failed us (which I cannot say about our CVS at home), even while transferring prescriptions or filling emergency orders. read more

By far thee best Pharmacists I've ever dealt with. Always willing to answer prescription questions, they're all so kind, patient and helpful. The store is also always well stocked and you can tell its under great supervision and management. Nice to see there are still great stores and people to do business with these days! read more
