HUGE store, tons of products, and a very friendly staff... I was impressed! Not only did I get most of what I needed, but I also picked up milk because I realized we were out.... MILK. At a PHARMACY. Just awesome. I only had a couple of small qualms... 1) the travel supplies were split between two aisles which confused me when I went to the first aisle and only found a fraction of the items I was looking for - they should all be in the same place. 2) They were out of the huge roll of floss that we normally use. I also saw a couple of products that I grabbed the last of (small containers of women's shaving cream, for example). I know that's just a stocking issue and it could just be that there was a run on floss and shaving cream but I like it best when there are plenty of each item. I will totally be back -- and I'll be dragging my sister with me!

The circumstances were such that the glasses were worn within normal limits ; however, suddenly the stem of the plastic glasses snapped off ! I was beside myself that the glasses did not last a full week!!! The CVS Manager was welcoming and understanding when l told her of the sudden and unexplained breakage of the stem . She walked me to the eye glass section and offered an exchange. I was delighted. What great customer relations care. I asked her where the other was. She says she needs to order it and since it was so late in the day,it wouldn't arrive till Weds (it was Mon). So,this really pisses me off,since I live so far away and kinda need my Rx AND I had called prompt right when they open. It also messes up the timing of me getting my meds all at once,kinda don't want to spend all my money on gas.. But, whatever I decided to just go with it. However when Wednesday came I went in to pick it up,that same same miserable lady was working. They did manage to get the med in (bravo). But her attitude was really off putting. One time there was a small mis-hap with the way my groceries were packed last week. I called to inform them, not really to complain. They had a new person learning how to do it. Anyway they gave me a $20 coupon for my next visit. The website for ordering is not bad; it is daunting at first but once you have your regular items sorted out it's a breeze to create the next order. They also have a pretty good selection of organic, vegan, and dairy-free items.
