The selection of pieces here is insane and the staff were knowledgeable and some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Especially Patty! I told him that I was spending the day alone because my boyfriend was here for a work event and he immediately welcomed me to stay and hang out for their celebration! I purchased a silicone water bong that I've been interesting in getting -- it was $15 cheaper than any others I've seen, has an ice catcher, and works like a charm!! I spent about an hour smoking hookah outside the front of the shop, met some great people, and enjoyed the spring weather and company! For the most part the cashiers are nice, but I had grandma going for me and she said that a cashier about a week ago gave her problems. I always give her cash to pay with and we were being charged $30 the vape fluid the first few times, come to find out a cashier told her we have been over charged it's supposed to be $20 for the fluid when you pay cash. She also gave a card wrote down everything for us a signed it. Thank God I took a pic and sent it with grandma because a different worker was so rude, wouldn't give her a stamped card after paying and was going to over charge her. Props to Grandma who stood her ground and paid the $20. It was only one person we had complications with and who knows maybe they were having a rough day. Over all I've been going there for a few months now and I appreciate their hard work especially the owner, I called before my first purchase and he was amazing, knew what I was talking about and was kind as well as patient.
