Staff is hit or miss... i have had some fantastic ladies help me, but i have also been looked down upon by one lady when i was there who got mad that i was looking at something on a rack (which is not labeled "hold rack" or anything, and looks like all of the others). I pulled something out to look at it and she flipped out and said "THAT IS MY STUFF, LEAVE IT ALONE"... that was rude and soured my taste a bit, but the others i have dealt with are very nice. Wish they had a website we could buy through. I have to go there as my Dad's personal buyer for my mom all the time (they live out of town), and it is a pain. They don't have a website with all of their items online so you must go in.

Nobody helps, only a woman hiding in the back of the reception staring at ours with her eyes rolling and mouth pouted. You think I am too sensitive? Not at all. I picked some dresses and wanted to try it on. So as the regular process, she should take my clothes and make me in the line waiting for the fitting room - it may not be the responsibility but she did that to everyone in the store at that period. I waited, and I talked to her - she heard that, but did not give us any response. She let another girl, who come later than me, use the fitting room. I found that, and I questioned - silence and no response again. She then took the clothes I picked - after I noticed her many times. When it is my turn, I asked her to pass me the clothes. She rolled her eyes and did not give me any response. I waited there for a long time again. While everyone has a basic "welcome" and "bye-bye," we don't receive any polite greeting. I am sad cuz I love Boston, I lived here for a long time, and as an Asian I never met any racism in Boston. I believe that Boston is a great city to live at and the thing happened today really upset me. While beacon hill is one of my favorite place to shop at Boston, I never imagine this kind of thing will happen to me one day.

But no! It's a carefully curated collection of French, German, and Danish designers. From dip dyed tshirt dresses to sleek white blazers to cool girl jeans, they've got a little bit of everything. Prices are in line with what'd you expect from a boutique in Beacon Hill selling obscure designer brands, in the neighborhood of $200/blouse. Expensive? Yes. They don't get many pieces in the same style, so if you wait on it there's a big change you won't get your hands on it (I learned the hard way!).
