The restaurant was spotless. I didn't go to the bathroom, but judging by the restaurant and what you can see of the kitchen, I'm going to assume it was also clean. I like knowing he used certified angus for the burgers. You can taste a difference. He also uses a local baker for the buns, and sources other things locally as well.
