I heard about this place on social media and my dad and I had to t try it out. It is in a parking lot along with 4 to 5 other food trucks. There were about 12-14 picnic style tables to sit and eat at. We went on a Sunday around 3pm and the line was long when we arrived. The line did move at a decent pace. Good music was playing in the background. The crawfish were $9.99 a pound. We ordered 3 lbs. of crawfish, four potatoes, one egg, and one corn. The total was $37 dollars and some change. We received a buzzer and were told it would be a 10min wait. They don't sell drinks, so we walked next door to the convenience store as we waited. Some people even brought their own coolers with drinks. The food came within the time promised. The food was fresh and hot. They put all the sides at the bottom of the bag and then poured the seasoned crawfish on top. The sides were not boiled in seasoned water, but in plain water. The potatoes, egg, and corn had none of the seasoning flavor we chose. We chose the medium spice Kasian style seasoning flavor and it was very good with just enough spice. The crawfish were juicy. One downfall and the reason for the one star deduction, was they forget to give me the one corn we paid for. When I informed them they gave me a hard time. They told me to look at the bottom of the bag, which I did before approaching the counter and it wasn't there. Then they asked me what name did I place the order under to confirm if I actually paid for the corn. They finally decided to give me the corn in a single plastic bag. I didn't appreciate the hesitation and none friendly demeanor after I informed them of their error. Aside from that, people love this food truck. The line continued to grow as we sat and ate. The other food trucks didn't get much business while we were there. There was one food truck selling lemonade and patrons were going there to get drinks for their crawfish. I would recommend trying this place if you want some well seasoned crawfish. read more

We did the 5 lb for $40 crawfish deal. This was money well spent. They came out super quick, and they were so good! They were big and juicy, the inside was clean, and the outside flavor was so tasty!! It's a food truck, but they gave out door seating. Kasian virgin here, came out due todays post on Facebook. Ended up chatting with the owners, I believe. I thought Kasian like Korean Asian that's my peoples. So I was pretty stoked turns out it's Viet-cajun which is just as good. I actually love viet-cajun crawfish. Close to home about 20 mins away, I usually get the hottest level. But ever since I got injected with a baby Sofi has not allowed me to be my true chili head self. So after chatting with the guy he told me he would recommend medium. Which I'm glad I listened! My nose was running and so far no heartburn! 3lbs The Works in Medium, with 2 corns, 2 eggs, and I believe 2/4 potatoes totaling to $35/36 and some change. Flavors were on point, only wish they had that chunky chunky garlic rather than the minced. 4 stars cause y'all use minced over chunky garlic. Your Asian you should always use chunky! The soak was so good! I've actually never had crawfish where you barely had to do any work! You twist the tail the shell almost comes off by itself. The claws no matter how tiny they were I was able to bite them in half and eat all the meat. You go to pull off the back and everything stays in your grip. So much so the head cavity is literally clean. Just from that one pull all the brains and good stuff stays in tack so you can lick, suck all the flavors. Definitely gives you two tone lips at the end. Idk if it's salt or all the mixtures of seasonings. Ate most of it but we still have leftovers. My friends and I came to eat. The crawfish had great flavor! The size not so great.. We got 5 pounds each so 2 bags. My friend's bag had big crawfish and ours were very tiny. Accommodating is key when you're running a business. I let the lady know at the front that our crawfish were small compared to our friends beside us and maybe we got a bad batch. She had a slick back ponytail, looked hispanic. She stated that the crawfish are really small right now since it is January. Understandable but our friend has way bigger crawfish than us, so that was an excuse. I came off very nice not asking for anything but just expressing my concern. She had a very rude ATTITUDE! She brushed it off, turned around and said I don't know well ask him. Not professional at all. Her attitude was basically like " I don't care figure it out yourself ". I proceeded to talk to the guy and ofcourse we weren't accommodated in any way. My thing was not the accommodation it was the attitude. I didn't like it. Respect is major for us. My friends and I agreed we won't be back due to that. Overall as a business they won't last if they have rude and unprofessional people working for them. Wish them the best. read more

We gave this place and try and now we're going back for more. Great place for crawfish and I ordered 5 pounds and only got 10 bad ones out of it which is not too shabby. My husband and son enjoyed having the catfish and even had leftovers that didn't make our fridge smell bad the next day. Service was quick and efficient. We decided to try this place out because everyone was raving about how good the crawfish were. The crawfish were HORRIBLE they lacked flavor & spices . Taste like they were just boiled in water.
