The day I 1st hold the box with my Sony a7iii is the day I felt like I'm in a cloud 9! Heavenly feeling indeed! And the first thing that goes in my mind, is a camera bag. A camera bag to help my baby secure from dust & a comfortable cushion when it sits on the corner. Since KC is closer to where we live we made a trip and try to find a bag for my baby the next day. An old Asian guy in his 50's came to open the door for us. Greeted us with a friendly vibe & showed us the hand sanitizer (of course, for safety precautions, it's a new normal thingy folkx, duuuhh). A nice gestures from them & a welcoming vibes will surely be a good transaction later on. And to make it short, yeah, we purchased a $49.95 + tax KATA lite-437 DL bag. Asked him if my Sony a7iii with kit lens & extra lens will fit this and he answered Yes with confident. And looking on the inside of the bag it seems like, so I felt so happy with the purchase I made not until we got home & tried to put the camera inside. When I put the camera with the kit lens attached on it, it fits right but not with an extra lens! I can feel the frustration so the very next day first thing in the morning we drove back to the place, explained what happened & trying to exchange for the bigger bag & then suddenly both of them almost shook their head synchronizingly. I never even returning the bag & ask refund. All I want is to exchange the bag with a bigger space inside and is willing to add an additional money for the cost to that. So I guess they don't want business from me. And I can assure you that they will not receive any amount even a single penny from me. I planned to go back in there to buy some accessories but that's it, I rather drive half an hour to Aiea despite the traffic I will cross to & check Pro Camera Hawaii next time. Not only that, I even purchased a camera strap from them too! So inconsiderate! My only advice to those who are planning to purchase anything in here is that, ask for their return policy first. These folks need somebody to educate them on how to run a business ayt. Or maybe hand them down about the customer care policy. Anyway, be careful before you purchase anything in here, or else you'll end up like me stuck & regretted so much on my purchase (insert sad face). But other than that they'll welcome you & answer your queries regarding photography as much as they know. Mahalo for taking time to read my review & HAPPY JUANDERING fellow yelpers! @hello.juanderpinay www.juanderbandit.world

First time ever I received a Canon bag when purchasing equipment which was cool.

If you say so Patty. I'm still in the camera business to some degree, I just refer them to Pro Camera, much more reputable camera business.

I love how bright and lively it is in the inside, there's about 3-4 photo booths , and you are able to choose and pick your layout, backdrops, design, how many photos you'd like/want printed, customize to your liking , as well with filters and other edits you'd like! They also have a few high angle photo booths which I thought was pretty neat as well. It's pretty simple and straight forward as well , you follow the QR code , pay as you go , and boom the magic happens (not sure if all booths have cash and card as an option) but ours did! And it's super convenient to those who rather pay in cash or use card at their convenience. The photo strips were about $12, I think that's a steal and fairly cheap in my opinion. Considering the ridiculous amount you'd have to pay at other photo booths at other places. They do have props but it's a pretty limited selection, but maybe they'll add more in the future! And they also have tables where you can sit down to do extra decorating to your photos (with markers, and other cute lil add ons). We didn't get a chance to check the tables out completely since they were all full, but it looked like a fun time lol. We went a little late in the day and I was surprised how busy they were even then, but to be fair I get it! After the fun's done , you are able to scan a QR code to digitally save a photo copy of your Photo Booth session and even a video of it all. Such a nice touch to a fun lifetime experience! 10/10 recommend! I'll definitely be back for more! And to add to my photo booth collection lol!

But inside it got chaotic. My kids are extremely polite/passive. Their target demographic will have teens+ some just won't wait in line or cut. It's only time really. It's a nice lesson for my kids. But regardless it's clear ownership never thought of this. Having children self police...amazing idea There was a single person cleaning A bit pricey for what you get, but it is ala Moana and rent is expensive. Once the fad is over....

Disappointing and disorganized experience We took our kids…read moreto take photos with Santa at Ka Makana and made an appointment for 3:25 PM. Despite having a scheduled time, we weren't seen until close to 4:00 PM. There was no clear organization in the line appointments and walk-ins were mixed together, and walk-ins were being taken before those with reservations. When our appointment time had already passed and we stepped forward to ask when we would be seen, we were criticized by others in line, which was uncomfortable and completely avoidable with proper line management. The most disappointing part was the actual interaction with Santa. There was little engagement with the kids, they weren't asked what they wanted for Christmas. This was especially frustrating since the reservation form specifically asks what your child wants for Christmas. What's the point of including that information if it's never used? We made an appointment expecting a smoother process and a more magical, personalized experience for our kids. Unfortunately, neither happened. Definitely not what we expected, especially during the holidays.
