Kyler first took our engagement photos, and we were quite impressed so we booked him for our April wedding photography and videography, including same-day edit video. Kyler was very easy to work with throughout the entire process; he was actually one of the first of our vendors that we started communicating with. He also helped guide us through a lot of our planning process because he has so much wedding expertise; he was almost like a bonus coordinator! I was looking for a photographer for our trip and remembered one of my friend used Kai for their baby moon. I reached out and was able to book with Kai for a mini session. As a mom with 2 toddlers (4 & 2) and a baby (7 months) I was worried if my kids would be too shy in a new environment for a photoshoot. The day of the photoshoot my two year old was cranky and clingy towards me so I was worried we wouldn't be able to get any pictures without it him crying. My oldest was ready and the baby woke up from his nap and was luckily in a good mood. When asking for a quote, I was told to go to their website to filled out a form initiate a quote. Instead of receiving a quote, I'm getting marketing spam from this company and still NEVER RECEIVED A QUOTE. No where in the form does it ask for permission be subscribe to their weekly/daily emails for their marketing spam. If they want to provide that service they should ask for permission or at the very least, put a note that says by filling out the form, your agreeing to be spammed. Additionally the articles are not useful at all! The current article, "Do you need a wedding coordinator?" says to use this question exercise to determine that, then ask "are you ok with things not going as planned?" And proceed to provide links for wedding coordinators. Wondering if this is a joke. I assume a majority of people want things to go as planned for a big event like a wedding where you're spending $10k+. I wasted my time reading it and I don't want anyone else wasting their time. In response to your reply: Thats incorrect. The marketing things were automatically sent to me without notificAtion and it confused me when I was looking for a quote. After I asked for a quote again ask a response, you sent me a price range without asking me questions for the date, the number of people, etc. so I'm not sure how you expect me to take you seriously. You did say you needed to meet me but didn't bother asking simple questions like hours of service , date of event , number of guest. If I had agreed to meet and spent my time and energy meeting you, but during the meeting, you found out you weren't available on my wedding date, that would have wasted both our time. I didn't reply because I knew this wasn't a professional photography company that values customers times but is trying to sell other peoples wedding services.
