Check your BILL before you leave!!! It's not only us, check the reviews they are SCAMMERS. We were overcharged by $106 -- they added two hookahs instead of one and charged for drinks that were told to us as "on the house." When we pointed it out, they said they couldn't void the transaction due to a "new system," which didn't make sense. Instead of fixing it properly, they gave partial cash refund instead, so the bill still wasn't correct. On top of that, an 18% tip was added to the incorrect total. Be aware of how gratuity is handled here. We were a party of 2 and our bill was under $100, yet an automatic gratuity (15-20%) was included but NOT mentioned by our server. When the tablet was brought out to pay, it prompted an additional tip, with percentages preselected, we unknowingly tipped on top of the included gratuity. The total seemed off, so we asked for a printed receipt and only then saw the automatic charge. They refunded the extra tip when we brought it up, but this should have been clearly communicated upfront. Transparency matters! Make sure to review your receipt before paying. read more

I ordered a drink called a kiss of life with was a vodka based drink with pomegranate goodness. I was surprised for a weekday, it got pretty busy at night. Also if you're into hookah? It felt fun but still elevated. - The borscht was my first time ever trying it. It feels as though you're transported to TULUM. The service was okay. Nothing extraordinary and not bad. We weren't too hungry so decided to order a few appetizers and get a Hookah. Everything was good but my absolute favorite was the afagato night cap. There was a dj playing hits and even a live singer at parts of the night. Their items are on the higher price for example a hookah was $60, lemonade was $19. In addition they do charge $18% service charge on top of the bill. I'm not giving this place 5 stars mainly because of the valet situation and the drinks. When we pulled up, there was no valet sign or stand, just two very young guys in regular clothes, which felt a bit sketchy and confusing. We actually drove around twice because we couldn't tell if valet was even available until we finally called the restaurant.
