The Tofu Bun may have been the best I've had. The Cauliflower was deliscious, but ask for a fork for the dismantling process if you aren't a chopsticks pro. The tantanmen was likewise one of the best - which was unexpected in Kittery, Maine, but what do I know?! We were greeted as soon as we came in. Just two of us and the tables were pretty full so we sat at the window counter. I'm not usually a fan of counter seating but the window was great for people/dog watching. I can strongly recommend all three of the dishes we got. They also have what looks like a good alcohol selection but needing coffee we opted for Lil's right next door as desert. The cheesecake was a strong temptation, though! We parked about a block away in a 2hr parking spot. Definitely some paid slots were open closer on the Sunday in October. Maybe closer free ones, but I don't know the area and enjoyed the short walk.

The pork was overcooked, and the bao was so fragile that it literally fell apart in my hand while I was eating it. You can see it in the photos. Overall, very disappointing. I'd give the pork bun a 2/10. I also had the shoyu ramen. The broth was decent, but there was way too much ginger and it overpowered everything else. The noodles were okay, but nothing special. I'd give the ramen a 3/10. The customer service, however, was great. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Service was easily a 9/10. I really wanted to like this place, especially because the staff was so nice, but based on the food I had, I left disappointed.

A Bee Gees cocktail for my wife and Local Punch #83 were perfectly balanced for strength, sweetness and flavor. Fresh marinated tomato starter was quite generous but too good to leave a single piece behind. House made pasta starred in the Pappardelle which was generously studded with garlic shrimp. My wife, a fish and chips aficionado, delighted in the flaky, crusty fish and perfect house tartar. Portion was sufficient for breakfast for both of us the next day, carefully packed by our server in a take-out box including condiments. Grand finale was a super smooth, tasty butterscotch pudding accompanied by limocellos for each of us. Service was perfect; just the right amount of attention despite a very busy Saturday evening time. Can't overstate the deservedness of this 5-star rating.

I had an amazing drink with tequila and spicy salt, probably one of the best drinks I've had all summer. I also treated myself to oysters from the local area, and they were great, 3 different varieties. I didn't love their vinaigrette, it was on the sweeter side and it wasn't my taste. I had the gnocchi with lobster was great, I especially loved the poached lobster in butter. Varying flavors. I was offer beignets and I could order less than what came in the order. I truly appreciated that I can less than what comes originally. I just got 2, instead of the five which I appreciated that, because I was just one person. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

This place has been on my radar for some time, and jumped on a chance to try it for lunch. Note…read morethat this restaurant has a small parking lot our front, which can save you from feeding the meters. The restaurant was not too busy on arrival, but then a steady stream of diners streamed in, as well as a brisk pace of take out orders. We had a friendly and efficient waiter, who helped explain the menu a bit as it was our first visit. The menu is pan-asian, but I thought leaned heavily into Japanese dishes. So many dumpling and Bao dishes, I was tempted to just have those, but also wanted to try a noodle dish. Xiao Long Bao and soup dumplings were delicious, and I absolutely want to return to work deeper into the dumplings here. For the noodle dish, we opted for Seafood Maloney, which was an assortment of seafood with glass noodles. This dish wasn't my favorite, had a fair amount of shrimp, but not much else, and wasn't a flavor that I loved. Next time, will try a more traditional noodle dish. This looks like a "family run" restaurant, and I would recommend a stop when in Dover NH

I wish they had a pescatarian or vegetarian ramen option because it looked pretty good but I unfortunately could not partake (my friends said it was very good).
