Great place, VERY friendly staff, food is amazing, parking is a pain but it's worth it!

My first time at Hong's and I can definitely say it'll be a go-to spot for soup dumplings and wings. My party enjoyed their ramen bowls since they were flavorful and came in big portions. We were also given stuffed mango buns on the house, which were delicious and not overly sweet. The popcorn chicken was made to perfection, and the crab rangoons were just as good. Everything came out fresh, hot, and super tasty. Service was great and attentive, and a decent amount of seating! I'd recommend this place to anyone!

This was our first visit to Hong Asian Noodle Bar. We had been meaning to go for some time and several friends gave them great reviews. We enjoyed Spicy Edamame, Soup Dumplings, Hong Tan-Tan and Tonkatsu Ramen. Everything was very flavorful, excellently prepared and very eye appealing. It was very busy as we visited on a Friday evening at 5pm. (We suggest making reservations). While you may walk in casual you may also enjoy a business lunch or dinner or even a date here.

We stopped here on our way to Boston from Maine based on reviews we read. The food was delicious and so were our drinks. Place was packed and we were seated immediately, which was nice. Service was great. It's a small space but has a lot of seating. We had pork Gyoza, the Spicy Miso Ramen, and the Garlic Noodle Soup. We drank a milk tea and a strawberry green tea, both were amazing.

I'd been wanting to get here for some time. It was good! Nice casual atmosphere, very clean. The seaweed salad was yummy as were my Udon noodles. My guy gobbled up his ramen and loved the broth. The star was the popcorn chicken. However they fry it is outstanding. I keep thinking about it! Coke products in 20 oz bottles.

Hong is a great spot for delicious, fresh japanese food. When we arrived a few minutes after they opened on Sunday, the boba wasn't quite ready because they make it fresh every day. The soup dumplings were a little light on soup but other than that, everything was so flavorful and satisfying. The space is somewhat small so plan to come early or be ready for a wait. There's also a small parking lot in front of the restaurant, if you can find a spot there, try to back into it. Otherwise you may be better off with street parking as it can be difficult to back out onto the busy road.

Best fried chicken around. We tried the habenero version - salty, spicy, crunchy...it was perfect. Next time we'll try the jalapeño version. Steamed pork dumplings were great, as was the garlic broccoli. I really liked the silken tofu dish but if you're not into very creamy tofu this isn't a dish for you. Soup dumplings were small and lacked the broth - would not order again. Drinks were strong, solid service. This place is a gem!

The food was incredible. They have colossal portions and yet I could not stop eating the broth. The noodle bowl I had was outstanding and the ingredients were beautifully prepared. The flavors were exceptional and remained that way throughout the entire experience. The staff were welcoming and super attentive during our visit. The decor was beautiful from the lights to the room dividers and the ambiance and kitchen sounds totally made the experience feel more natural. Hands down the best ramen I have ever tasted!

It came with a sipping bowl of chicken broth and a dipping sauce. The chicken was not even edible. Extremely chewy and dry .... Not even sure what cut of meat it was. Also, the breading was so thick I could hardly even taste the meat. The rice was fine and the broth was good. But overall, the dish was at best 1.0 out of 5.0. We also ordered chicken wings ... way over sauced and over breaded. There was very little meat on the wings as the quality was again far below standard. My wife had the drunken noodles ... this dish was fine ... but nothing special. This review is an anomaly. I went to Choppystix previously and had the Kha Soi ... it was excellent! And I do not take a negative review lightly. I rarely write them because I only go places where I am confident in the food for the most part ... see my other reviews. But the quality of our meal yesterday was far below what we experienced previously. I know Choppystix can provide excellent quality food and service. They just missed the mark yesterday. Our server was very good ... attentive and prompt. But I typically am not a complainer so she did not have an opportunity to address these issues. The restaurant is spotless and a great vibe.
