Our AC has just not been cooling properly since a recent power outage last. It had struggled to get the house cooler than 80 degrees, which has made for some pretty sleepless nights. We had KAC Express come out and they replaced the air handler and now it is cooling nicely. I filled out their online form on a Tuesday night and the owner called me shortly thereafter to schedule a visit for the next day. The repair guys were prompt and professional and finished the job the same day. The owner called again that evening to make sure we were happy. It was not a cheap repair but their price was lower than their competitors. Highly recommend! read more

When our 25 year old A/C went down for the final time last Friday, I reached out to KAC express for an estimate on replacing my system. Trung came out that afternoon, evaluated my situation and gave me a fair and honest estimate on what my cost would be. I agreed and first thing Monday morning, his team of installers came out and replaced both units with new Trane air conditioners. I could not be happier with the service they provided. All work was professionally and efficiently completed within about 5 hours. It's great to have cold air again and work with these wonderful people. read more

Our A/C stopped working Saturday night. The news estimated the temperature would be over 100 degrees Sunday, so I knew we had to fix it soon. Most technicians were until Monday. Trung was able to arrive within an hour of calling Sunday morning. He repaired my AC quickly and charged a fair price. I highly recommend his services, and I'm incredibly thankful for his work. read more

It's Independence Day and my AC completely died on me! Trung answered my phone on the first ring and was at my house in just 30 minutes. He figured out the issue right away and even had the part on hand so within an hour my AC was up and roaring and I was no longer roasting in my home! He was so kind and helpful and I still can't believe that he was willing to come on a holiday. He seriously saved the day and he's now officially my AC man! read more

Contacted KAC Express on Thursday, the 16th of April, with a leakage issue I was having with my A/C unit in the attic. Cristy, the receptionist, was very courteous, polite and professional and upon hearing my concern set up a same day appointment between 12 and 1pm. At 1240pm the technician, by the name of Aaron arrived, heard my concern and immediately went to analyze the leakage situation in my attic. Aaron was very polite, courteous and professional in troubleshooting the situation with my A/C leakage. I was also very impressed by his personable demeaner and overall knowledge of A/C units and attentive to detail. Thanking all the wonderful people at KAC Express for serving our community with honor, integrity and professionalism. read more

A few weeks ago I noticed our AC wasn't cooling and our home was gradually getting warmer. This was on a weekend afternoon and not ideal, KAC came out that same day and was able to diagnose the issue in little time. They brought portable AC units to help keep the house cool as the repair would take over 24 hours due to waiting for the part being available the very next day. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Very respectful. I had three people come out to give an estimate to replace AC unit and add extra vents and KAC Express offered the lowest price. They worked all day and I had no issues with their team. Highly recommended read more

Very happy with there service. A/c was broken and they came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within an hour. Took the time to explain what had happened and how to use the new thermostat. Trung the manager was very professional. I would be happy to use them again. read more

KAC Express installed two split Trane HVAC units and furnaces at my home - 2 and 3 ton. They did a high quality install and had no issues. The work was all completed within a single work day. The crew was very clean which I really appreciated. They put work mats down all along the path and did not scratch any walls even though my home is three stories high. The price was very reasonable as well especially considering that they were installing Trane equipment which is often more expensive. Really had no complaints at all. Highly recommended! read more

Needed AC service after calling ARS and being ripped off for 160 dollars; I called and spoke to Trun about coming to my house on a Saturday afternoon to check my AC and give me a replacement quote. He showed up on time started working on the system and explained to me everything I needed to know. After his assessment he quoted me a price that I could not refuse, very reasonable plus he beat ARS ridiculous quote. I agreed to replace the system and his crew was in and out of my house in about half a day. I am very happy with the service I will be definitely using KAC in the future read more

Came home from Sunday grocery shopping and the AC was out! I quickly realized that getting an HVAC repairman out on a Sunday was almost impossible. I read some online reviews and decided to give KAC Express a try. Trung, the repairman came within two hours which was excellent for a last minute Sunday call. He made the repair and in less than 30 minutes my AC was running again! The price was very reasonable as well. If I ever need service I would call them in a heartbeat! read more

KAC Express - Trung fixing my AC unit. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Spring, Texas

It was a lazy, 95-degree sultry Sunday afternoon in August, 2020, when suddenly we experienced half a dozen power surges in a matter of seconds! Our air conditioner began making a horrible, loud buzzing sound. Cool air was no longer flowing through our vents! The house temperature began to rise. Ahhhggg! Who in the world would come out on a Sunday afternoon to fix the problem?! My husband was sure that no one would, but he found a listing for KAC Express and gave them a call. Trung answered the phone immediately and was at our house within an hour. Twenty minutes later he had our AC humming along nicely and sending out loads of cool air! It seems the flux capacitor (or something like that, lol) had fried in the power surge. Trung Nguyen had it replaced in no time. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. We were impressed and immensely grateful! Needless to say, we will call KAC Express for any HVAC needs we have in the future. They are the BEST!! read more

KAC Express - K AC Express - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Spring, Texas

Very impressed by this company. Professional and prompt. They replaced our inside and outside units and did a good job. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the condensate drainage (there wasn't enough space in the ceiling to allow for enough slope of the pan). The office was very prompt in sending a technician out to rectify the problem, and it was covered by their labor warranty so it came at no additional cost. They seem very trustworthy. read more

After a bad thunder storm my downstairs unit wouldn't turn on. I called them, they showed up fast. My Ac repair guy I think his name was Escobar was very nice and very helpful. Came to find out my thermostat was burned. He didn't try to charge me for anything extra, just a service call which was $40. I recommend them to everyone. Very honest and helpful read more

I am very disappointed and frustrated with these guys. They came out to our house and made a bid to update both of our condensers and compressors for an insurance claim, and when the full claim was approved, they refused to do the work. This was more than a simple estimate, as the claim approval is based on their specific bid. They were scheduled for next day work with a technician that told me he would "be back tomorrow ready to go at 8am." Trung, the manager then called me back to inform me that now he thinks my attic would be uncomfortable and hard to work in. This just seems very unprofessional to try and blame me for the job being too hard - after committing to do it. I am glad to spend my money with another company, just frustrated with the inconvenience of SOMEONE WHO WONT DO WHAT THEY SAY! read more

Super fast response time. Technician, Nick, was knowledgeable, courteous and conscientious (washed his hands to avoid getting dirt on white walls!). Completed the task in under my expected time! And repaired an additional concern as soon as I asked. I would HIGHLY recommend them! And will certainly use them again! read more

When our 2 A/C units quit August 2018, I called for several estimates. KAC estimate wasn't the lowest and was definitely not the highest. I chose KAC because no one tried to sell me a lot of extra unneeded "fluff". The installers were here the next morning after I signed the afternoon before. I think the installers worked fast. They installed all new duct work and plenums on the 2 new Trane units in one day. I called the day after installation, I had one question about having a UV light on the evaporator coils. When I was called back, KAC could have told me, yes you need it. They said the new installation did not need a UV light on the coils and could actually cause problems. We have had no issues with either new system since installed, unlike the units that the house was built with. I would highly recommend KAC. The 3 times I have called, they have always responded in a timely manner. I really appreciate the timely and quality service from KAC. read more

I need a maintenance issue, but the guy refused to clean the evaperator coils, instead wants to put in new one for $1700. Same trick that happened to me few years ago from the same company (had to replaced the whole system six months later). My bad for calling this company again by mistake. read more

We are so happy we want with KAC Express. They were the only AC company that could get the part I needed in the same day and come out to fix the problem. With the holiday weekend no other company could come out for 3 days. To top it off they had competitive pricing and didn't overcharge. read more

04/09/2017 KAC Express, while responsive to calls, need company to change script on charges. We were told service call fee would be waived if we had repair completed. We were charged both service call fee and repair. Update 04/13/2017 - KAC contacted us and graciously stood by original fee estimate. We received refunded of the service call fee. read more

Trung was awesome! I called him at 7:50am he was at my home by 9am. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend his service. read more

I have used KAC Express twice now in the past year for repairing my AC units on my primary home and rental home in the NW Houston area. They had done a good quality job at a very competitive price. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I have recommended them to friends in the past who also had the same experience. read more

I had K AC replace all my ducting in my attic, replace my duct manifold, check my compressor unit, and clean my compressor unit. Trung came out and gave me the most thorough inspection with the best price compared to the other company I called and got a quote from. He is friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. His technicians also work hard and they even replaced some insulation for me that I bought while they were up in the attic. I would recommend K AC to any of my family and friends. read more

these guys have helped me twice, once when my upstairs unit wouldn't turn on, they came out and found a short in the wiring in the house. They were at my house in an hour on a Sunday. The next time they came out within an hour on a Friday afternoon when my downstairs unit wouldn't blow cold air. They found my compressor bad and quoted me three different options to fix it. They were out the next morning (Saturday) to fix it and now my A/C is ice cold and working perfectly. Very professional and Johnny on the spot when you need them. read more

The owner came out and did the repairs himself. Was willing to come very late at night, but just had him come at 9 in the morning the next day. He was even just a tad bit early! Did a thorough job, showed me the problem, and replaced the broken fan motor at a reasonable and very fair/competitive pricing. Used top brand name parts. Was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend K A/C Express to anyone, including my own family and friends. read more

Had two ac units installed on 05-13-16. I usually don't write reviews, unless the service is extremely bad or extremely good. This time the guys that came to our house hit a homerun (Abel and team.) Great job! read more
