I like the concept of this place, it's a good hangout spot if you want something casual and eye-catchy. They have a lot of snacks and drinks for sale and some small kitchen stuff. Prices are expected for Ktown, a bit high. Definitely for the younger crowd; the setup is cute like a cafe with a mix of random themes, however nothing wrong with being middle aged getting some catch-up time with friends if you don't like crowded cafes or smashing sojus. Don't come here if you want a big meal or something gourmet. Come here if you want to hang out without being at a loud soju bar. They have a piano in the middle and if someone is playing, it can overwhelm the entire place. I might not recommend coming here if you want a quiet and serene time if someone is playing. The toast sandwich is pretty good, but they put hella sugar on it. I'd still recommend it, but ask for less sugar.

This is honestly my favorite place and I've been here 4 times already! My sister and I have brought different group of friends and they all loved the vibe and how nice the owner Alice is. She already considers us as family I love how there are multiple things to do like play the piano, guitar, play chess, billiards, and even foosball table. The food is amazing! We got the grilled pork which was actually spicy pork bulgogi which was not too spicy but really good. We cooked our own ramen which was such a fun experience and also got tuna kimbap! We're gonna keep coming back here cause the vibe is amazing and it's such a chill place. Oh and I keep coming back for the banana latte since it's my favorite

This place 10/10 real cool chill spot You can hang out w your friends, get a drink, play some music or even come to study. Food is 10/10 Drinks are 10/10 The service is extremely welcoming always best vibes

I only put one star because I cannot put a 0/5. The place is beautiful, setting, activity, and snack-wise. However, the boss was incredibly rude. I ordered food and was eating while doing my university work on a study date with my sister-in-law, and she told us it was bad and wrong that she did not order anything too. She said they need to pay rent. Girl... we were the only customers in there, how are you going to be incredibly rude to the only people paying to be in your business? Do not recommend at all. Smh I wish I loved it, but the service was not the only problem. The overpriced $9 dumplings I payed for 6 pieces tasted sour, like funky, they were very likely frozen. All the food there is snacks priced at meal prices. This plushie was cute though. Don't waste your time though.. unless management locks in soon and realizes that their service and hospitality pays rent.

This place is incredible and adorable. We stumbled across here on our way to dinner (when looking for a snack) and loved it so much we came back after dinner for noraebang. It's so unassuming-- hidden up a staircase on the second floor of the plaza-- but so much fun. They have all the Korean food you'd want (including the ramyeon machine you've seen all over Tik Tok), beer/soju/makgeolli, games and more. It's a great place to just chill and catch up with your friends, without the klurb vibes that other spots have. It's like the neighborhood hang that you've seen on your fav Netflix kdrama. The owners are also, so so kind. I've spent many, many weeks exploring every nook and cranny of Ktown and K-Zone totally stands out. 사장님들이 너무너무 친절하셔서 감사했어요. 어젯밤은 정말 기억에 남았어요

I want to gatekeep this place because I don't want it to get super busy, but I also want them to stay in business forever because I love them so much so I'm writing a review because they deserve it. The interior is done up in such a cute way, with tons of snacks and little activities to do. We got their rice bowls, musubis, ramen, and kimbap with some drinks and the ladies were so sweet and gave us some little jellies to try. Everything was very simple but filling and satisfying. We were the only ones in there for quite a while because we came on a Monday night, but it was great because we got to hang out freely. Their alcohol is priced super fairly and they even have karaoke rooms! I don't think the rooms had AC so they got pretty hot, but they were spacious and the music system was loud. It was our first time coming tonight and the owner didn't even charge us for the 2+ hours of karaoke we did because she said it was our first time which was so sweet of her!! We were fully expecting to pay and wouldn't have even minded because the room charge rate was only $40 per hour. Parking was free and there was no valet at 7pm on Monday - not sure if that's typically the case but we had no issues finding a spot which is rare for Ktown. I really loved my experience here and we stayed for over 4 hours just having a fun time. Everybody here is so sweet and I'm bringing all my friends next time. Please come here and tip well!

Thanks to Yelp, I discovered this amazing Korean-owned business. I have been coming here 1x/week after my personal training/physical therapy sessions in KTown (45m-1hr drive from home). 5 weeks consistently. The food is delicious (bulgogi rice bowl), tuna kimbap, spam masubi/kimbap, tanghulu). I have wanted to make ramen here from their self service bar, but I've been trying to eat less ramen to minimize my carbs The owner of this business (Alice) made me feel at home from the first visit, and she goes above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying yourself. The vibe inside is very cozy, with semi dimmed lights that allow you to study/read/use your computer and/or eat/hang out with friends or family. The music playlist is always on point also, so you won't be disappointed. They have a pool table, a piano, a lot of sitting area, a bar area with bar stools to sit on. They serve Korean snack foods and meals, as well as coffee/lattes, tea and soju. They have been open for a couple of months (2+) and are highly deserving of more support. Please stop by, and tell Alice I sent you!

Great place to study! I wasn't a bit distracted by anything because I had my headphones on & got right in the zone. The food was yummy and I enjoyed the banana coffee a lot! Very sweet and attentive kind lady running the place. She made sure to make her rounds and checked on me often to see if I needed anything else. It's a great place to get together and hang out with friends for leisure or business .

After one visit, I think I have found my go to place to eat and relax. I wish I got her name but there was this beautifully kind and helpful lady who explained a lot of the menu to me and recommended their banana coffee drink, I think it was called a bananacano. Im not a big fan of sweet coffee, but this was perfect not too sweet or milky. The interior is really cool and unique. You wont find many other places like this, lots of cool things to look at and kpop playing in background. I was shocked there wasn't a lot of people.

Cafe , pub as well as many different snacks!

The food is amazing it feels like homemade food from Korea ! Alice is so wonderful she is so attentive and just amazing making sure you are doing well and having a great time. The vibe here is so relax and calm very home decorative as well as so much Korean authenticity!

    Arden Y.

Came in right before closing and the owner was a nice korean lady who helped us with choosing and even though they were about to close the kitchen they were happy to still get us some food! Very fresh and delicious comfort food! They let us play pool and games for awhile, super comfy vibe 10/10

tl;dr the Dutch crunch rolls highlight an otherwise standard lineup of hearty deli sandwiches…read more The Los Angeles sandwich scene ranges from terrific tortas to farmer's market-on-a-bun, but few spots have embraced the Bay Area's beloved Dutch crunch roll. These slightly sweet hoagie rolls are coated with rice flour, creating an addictively crunchy, tortoise-shell top. While hard to find, Dutch crunch rolls are the specialty at Ghost Sando Shop. This small sandwich chain (from the mind of NorCal native and former Chipotle exec Benjamin Sales) debuted in the Fairfax District, and it has expanded to Orange County and the Valley. Every sandwich at Ghost Sando sports a Dutch crunch roll, and the lineup has achieved TikTok fame. Briefly, Grand Central Market is a semi-outdoor industrial market turned upscale food court. The sky-high walls are painted white, and the concrete floors are slickly polished. Even during the day, only a few rays of sunshine enter through the skylight roof, leaving each vendor's neon sign to pop. During busy hours, expect foot traffic shoulder-to-shoulder through the narrow aisleways. Here, Ghost Sando has a central stall near the wide stairwell. You can't miss the bright teal paint or custom green neon sign. The walls are tastefully decked with hexagon tile and wooden slats. The sandwich production line is front and center, and staff members buzz around even well after the weekday lunch rush. Stools are pressed up against the long stainless steel bar counter, guaranteeing a seat for customers. My partner and I visited Ghost Sando for a weekday lunch, but our food was prepared relatively quickly. Immediately, I was shocked by the sheer density of the sandwiches. Rolled into compact cylinders, the weight could have fooled me into thinking they were bricks. The "Large" size was plenty for even a hefty appetite, but I can't imagine how anyone could tackle the double-topping "XX Large" portions. I also enjoyed the unique Dutch crunch loaf -- consider holding your sandwich upside-down to fully appreciate the crispy shell. Otherwise, the sandwiches were more standard than spectacular. The cold cuts are more like grocery store variety than premium deli, and the veggies are only a step above Subway. I preferred the mildly spicy Firebird to the warm-ish Pastrami Mami, but neither blew my socks off. The service is mostly disengaged, and the sandwiches run from $15 each. Reasonably, a sandwich can be extended across 2 meals. The sandos are mostly standard, but the Dutch crunch rolls are mildly addictive. While Ghost Sando is not a reason alone to pay GCM a visit, it is a filling and reliable bet for routine DTLA lunch.

During a…read morelazy afternoon after visiting the Pantheon in Rome, we had our first experience with All'Antico after taking a 5 minute walk down the road. They actually had 2 separate locations flanking the pedestrian road, so there were two long lines snaking out in opposite directions. While we were waiting in line, we bumped into a couple from Spain who were also visiting. They gave my wife some personal recommendations, advising we get the blood orange soda with our sandwiches. After getting said sandwiches (the La Paradiso), we nibbled on them while walking to Sant'Ignazio of Loyola Church, which is that cathedral where there's a mirror directed up towards the murals on the ceiling and a huge selfie line. Hot damn were those sandwiches good. The thinly sliced mortadella paired perfectly with that buttery, green pistachio spread. The only challenge for my taste buds was the mild oral trauma I sustained from punching through the crispy bread; your gums started to feel it by the time you devoured your sandwich. But we liked it so much that when we later took the train to Florence, we sought All'Antico again at their original location. I thought that would be my last experience with All'Antico (unless, of course, I came back to Italy). So imagine my surprise when later that year I heard All'Antico had coincidentally opened a branch in Los Angeles, although rather awkwardly situated in Koreantown. Even though we live 30 minutes away, we made the drive immediately. There was no way this remote All'Antico location, thousands of miles from Italy, would live up to the experience I had in Rome earlier that year. But I was mistaken. Not only is the taste spot on, but the bread they serve is actually chewier and removed the gum calisthenics I suffered in Italy. And yes, they also have the blood orange soda as well. It's a little weird their location is in Koreatown, but not a big deal; we'll usually do a bingsu run afterward. Just like their locations in Italy, All'Antico is small but they do have a small collection of bar seats, some of which overlook the staff as they're making your sandwich. Be mentally prepared though to take it to go depending on how busy it is. Parking sucks too; there's street parking only, but if you come on Sunday you don't have to pay. Every so often now, we'll make the 30 minute drive just to relive that slice of Italy we experienced nearly 2 years ago. Thankfully, not a lot of people recognize how good this place is yet, as the lines aren't crazy long like they are in Italy. For all the other Yelpers in on it too, let's keep it our little secret for now.

Loved to see how they only use focaccia that just come out of the oven, and they cut your sandwich's meat from the meat hunk on an order basis. Very fresh, never greasy. I thought the Dante and Mamma Mia could improve by adding just one more ingredient as a cherry on top, like a sort of nut (walnuts, pine nuts) or something that helps the sandwich spark. Would love to see a bit more arugula too. No public bathroom--closest one is probably Hmart across the street (needs a code). Parking is metered, but there's free neighborhood parking 1-2 blocks away if you're able to find a spot. There's a few seats (5-6) and a standing bar around the perimeter of the store. Also, the drinks are money but you can ask for a water cup for free.
