So I called the restaurant and then asked to please fix this, at least refund for the wings. They go on to say "well you should have chosen the sauce because some people want them naked." Well guess what, there's no option to "choose" sauce on Uber Eats. The lady confirms it and says they still can't refund but I can come to the restaurant to pick up a new order. I mean I'm not going to leave dinner table to pick up this order that THEY messed up and waste an hour. I asked if I can talk to her boss and she says she's not here. The lady agrees they messed up but still refused to fix it. Not sure what to say. I understand sometimes people have bad days and food quality may vary but it's pretty upsetting they straight up refuse to fix their issue. The parking lot is big and spacious, and the restaurant is very easy to find. Prices are pretty reasonable for Korean BBQ, especially considering the amount of food you can get. Service has always been fast, friendly, and attentive whenever we come. A little advice: order the more expensive meats first! But if you're extra hungry and want something on the grill ASAP, start with the brisket because it cooks super fast. All of their seasoned/marinated meats are delicious, and their salad dressing is seriously one of my favorite things here. They also have a smaller version of bibimbap now, which is perfect if you want some rice without ordering a huge portion. The only things I personally wouldn't recommend are the intestines and corn cheese. The last time we ordered the intestines, the texture reminded me of a deflated balloon and they didn't have much flavor. The corn cheese also isn't my favorite because I wish the cheese came out more melted and gooey. Overall, Honey Pig continues to be one of our family's go-to Korean BBQ spots.
