Nor will customoer service send you a copy of their policies. The resolutions department will offer to call vendors, but if the vendor has already shipped the item you are out of luck. This experience was with the resolutions department. The call to customer service was less than 24 hours after making the order. The first call ended being disconnected, or they hung up on me. I do not know which. I canceled most of the order. That also can not be done online despite the website saying you can. I had to call them again. I do like the local store. Online orders delivered from there are also fine. But for anything else online I am unlikely to patronize Home Depot again. There are plenty of other local options.

Not at Kilgore Blackman. I stopped in to grab some blades and was greeted by every staff member I went by, offered help and solutions, and I was amazed at their selection and competitive pricing. I also found out they were a Windsor One Millwork dealer (a rarity for building suppliers) so I had to try them out. The trim came in next day and was in perfect condition. I brought in a shade of white (from Sherwin Williams) that the previous owners used and the staff was able to custom make that color so I can continue to use the same shade but with higher quality paint-they even kept the mix recipe in a book in case I need another can in the future!
