We have hired this company 3 times now, We had zero problems getting calls back, scheduling, pricing, etc. NONE. I am very easy to work with I am told, and would NEVER review a company just because they did not return my extreme number of calls. There are usually good reasons for that. Tim did our enter homes wood restoration when we lived in a 100 year old home near Salem. The floors were Old Growth Fir and Old growth Oak. He turned them into mo4re than I ever hoped thy could be. He was on time, VERY nice, and was great at keeping in touch. We then had him replace th carpets in 1/2 our new home with red oak, to match what was already there. BEAUTIFUL!!! In fact it looked so good, that a year later we hired them a THIRD time to do our master bedroom, walk in closet and office. I get so many complements on these floors, especially the way they are beginning to blend with the original, 30 y/o wood floors in the house. On time, done in a few days, cleaned up everything, and stayed in my budget. My home is so much more than it was before these floor were installed. It is just lovely. Did I tell you how nice they all were? So was I. It makes a difference. Wag more, bark less... and don't review people you never had work for you. I'm a business owner. I don't accept everyones work. As one can imagine they are on a very limited income and need help when they can get it. I called and spoke with Dale Kaufman and he was very condescending and insisting on a prohibitive $100 fee just to come out to the house. As the son I was willing to pay the extortion-oops I mean estimate fee even though I wasn't happy with it. Dale hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and the fact that they are willing to gouge vulnerable senior citizens is really quite alarming. Yeah... they MAY be able to give you a nice remodeled kitchen but at what cost? Negative karma points here for sure. Shame on them.
