The installation day was a nightmare. We rearranged the entire day because each scheduled arrival time resulted in a no-show of installers, four times. Throughout all this mess, Bella Pietra never called us, we had to call them to find out what was happening. Installation that was scheduled to start at 8:00 AM actually happened at 6:30 PM. In addition, the demolition employee had communicated to us that he had described both verbally and in photos a special cabinetry need to the owner so the installers would arrive informed. It was apparent immediately the installers arrived uninformed and were unable to address the need. Overall, it was an extremely dissatisfying experience.
