Our project took months and, as a result, the All Quality team almost became like family. The men working in our home were always kind, helpful and hard working. Martin and his crew were consummate professionals, and took great pains to be sure we were happy with the result. They did a wonderful job and we couldn't be happier with our kitchen and basement. Dave, the project manager, walked us through every step of the process and maintained an open line of communication. Instead, they can't bother to figure out what 2 simple gutter pieces cost, & wanting to fill the holes w/hydraulic cement (insane), they just list a labor charge, & ask for 10% down, labor & material billed daily, & a credit card on file, I called them to speak to a total incompetent who then hands it over to Dick Hoerr, who called me a "social idiot", and a "moron", & that he'd never do a job for me. As if I would EVER consider a contractor who would call me filthy names & doesn't even know how to do the job. You don't pour 20-30 ft. of hydraulic cement in the holes - you cover the holes with rubber or aluminum & then coat that w/a small amount of hydraulic cement. Then, in his answer to one of the numerous negative reviews, he writes: "We are the highest rated handyman company on Angie's in the United States and we are located here in Chicago. I personally live in the Chicagoland Area. Simply put this is one of those landlords that attempts to beat down labor after they work on his home in an effort to maximize his profit. I went back to the store. They redid the other 2. I get home again, 1 more of the keys works, but the 3rd still doesn't work. I went back to the store a third time today. The lady lined the keys up, said they match, and when I told her again that it didn't work and I had tried it several times, she took the copy and gave me my $1 back. Very disappointing. I thought this was a great reliable key making place walking distance from my condo, but apparently it isn't. I will never get keys made here again after today's debacle.

They came did a good amount of work replacing some shingles and resealing around venting etc. Everything seemed great, we paid them and they told us if there were any problems with the roof to call and they would be out to fix it. Perfect. The next time we had a storm the roof leaked in the same place. We called and were told that they would send someone out. No one showed up. We called again. Asked what happened and were told something about a communication mix up and someone would come out. No one showed up. We called and got voicemail. We texted and got no answer. If they had actually fixed the leak I doubt I would even care about the maintenance package being a rouse. It was still a decent price for a repair job. But, to not fix the leak and then stop communicating entirely that smells like a scam.

Like others on here, we have been "ghosted" by Frank after we tried to schedule follow up work. We used PrimeCo for our roof as well as for masonry work. We chose them for their responsiveness and because they warranted their work. Our contract was for 3 years. Less than a year later and our roof is leaking in two of the same areas it had before. When we called Frank he answered every number we used once agreeing to follow up and then disappeared. It's been 2 weeks and I think it's clear based on other experiences posted here that we wont hear from him again. Super disappointing.
