This last time, we called during the winter when it was an off time for tree removal and was told that we would be in the schedule for when it got a little bit warmer. They called the day before to let us know they were coming and the next morning they showed up, took the tree out of the ground, root and all, and it was done so quickly and professionally. I used K&D Tree Masters for firewood. The price was good and the wood also well seasoned. Delivery was quick. The problem was the 300lbs of dirt and rock that was under the wood. They were not so fast to respond to my several calls regarding the extra product they left in my driveway( actually never returned my calls). I had to load and take the 300LBs of crap to the dump.
